The CNN Center in Atlanta, Georgia, is the international headquarters of the Cable News Network (CNN). The main newsrooms and studios for several of CNN's news channels are located in the building. The facility's commercial office space is occupied by various units of the former Turner Broadcasting System, now part of Warner Bros. Discovery. The CNN Center is located in downtown Atlanta adjacent to Centennial Olympic Park. The One CNN Center office building was acquired by CP Group in 2021.
The building now occupied by the CNN Center opened in 1976 as the Omni Complex, a development by Cousins Properties. The Omni Coliseum, an NBA and NHL arena directly connected to the Omni Complex, had opened three years earlier, on October 14, 1972. The Omni Complex office building was largely vacant until CNN moved its headquarters there in 1987 from its Midtown Atlanta site (old home of the Progressive Club on 1050 Techwood Drive and home to Turner Broadcasting System).
Well organized with great information about how to deliver news. Very exciting and energetic to see the team of CNN behind the each news and their hard work. I have visited almost 10 times with new guest and I still enjoyed every time and get new information. We have seen some of most expensive camera and automatic robots and so on. Loved it and full family fun.

They own Adult Swim and it is promoted nowhere on the tour. Very outdated and boring. Uninformative. Pointless. They desperately need to revamp the tour. There's one part where you can see over this facade area and there was trash and spilled drinks on top. You have to go through a metal detector and safety screening, too. The escalator was the coolest part... and that's right at the start.

This place was nice. There are a lot of things going on in this building. The food court is pretty nice. You can take tours of different things. There are a lot of stores Cartoon Network CNN I just a couple. This place is also connected to a hotel. You never really have to leave there are a couple of nice restaurants to eat at. But be forewarned valet parking is $45 per day.

Very informative, interesting tour. Can't take any photos after the first exhibit. The tour guide seems to really know a lot about the happenings behind CNN. The guide even takes you through the process behind how CNN gathers their information and decides how much of that information makes it on the air. You even get to see the action live (best part).

Honestly you won't see much in this tour that you can't see going to your local news station. They basically just walk you around the building pointing to closed rooms and telling you what goes on in the room. You don't really get to see anything behind the scenes. Trust me when I tell you that your money is better spent seeing something else in Atlanta.

This was my first time on the tour even though I've lived in Atlanta for a long time. I went with a couple of cousins from out of town and they sprung for the V.I.P. tickets, which was totally worth it - 2x the price for 10x the tour. We only had 12 people on the tour and had amazing backstage access. It was a fascinating tour and look at how CNN works. Our guide was Sean and I can't believe he had only been there a few months. He was amazing. He could tell our group was really into the tour, asking great questions so he went all out in where he took us, including inside spaces you normally only observe through a window. I highly recommend this Atlanta attraction.

Affordable attraction to take the family to. This is a guided tour throughout the television world of CNN. You go up a huge escalator to start and once the tour starts after every stop you have to walk down stairs so be prepared for that. It's an interesting tour of you're into how the news casters and meteorologists work and how they get their information.

The tour is cool. Our tour guide new a lot about CNN and was very informative. We spent most of the tour shuffling on the many staircases we had to walk down. The escalator was the coolest part, which is at the start. No photos, and didn't see a live broadcast which was a little disappointing.

This tour is a great way to learn, watch and listen to the elements behind the formation of stories presented by CNN. You get to see the technology, live broadcasts and how all of this comes together to make a live newscast. My only gripe is they try to sell you a picture at a news desk, and you are not allowed to use your camera like other places I have visited. I understand this is a tour (business), but they should allow visitors to take their own pictures at the top of the escalator.

WORST experience that I have had in a very long time. Purchased City Passes, no one ever mentioned making a reservation. It would not have mattered because they were “supposedly” booked all day. Assistant Manager useless, Ticket Seller Supervisor (who happened to sell the passes) useless and the GM REFUSED to give his name until he could find a business card. They left 30 people standing there at 430...people that had already paid. I won’t even discuss the ethnicity of the group...you figure it out...WOW. They said call the number for a refund. Let’s be clear..... This was not about the money. Believe it or not, “WE” in 2018 actually wanted the tour. SMH

The tour itself? 4/5. However the fantastic tour guide made this a 5/5. There are only 4 or 5 stops, but at each stop the guide will explain a lot that goes on in each of the places as well as answered all of the questions asked to her. She was very knowledgeable and able to effectively explain things in a way that would be understandable for even the non-tech savvy. It is pretty amazing to see all of the gears that make a news network like CNN work. For ~$15 per ticket, I think it is well worth the 50-minute tour if you watch any news networks on TV, regardless of where you lean in politics. This tour does not say or do anything politically charged, so don’t avoid this tour because of that. You will see what the control room looks like, what an actual studio that records news looks like, and a few other rooms and studios that film international news. The entire building itself is amazing to just be inside even if you do not go on the tour, so at least come inside the building to hang, grab food, and soak in the magnificent structure.

I have been watching, listening, and learning from CNN & as well as CNN student news during my Middle and High School Years (I would still even watch it whenever I have the chance). This company among several others are the ones you want to see and hear some news from not just any city, not just any nation and/or country.... but the entire world! One out of my many of my careers in my life is to be working for a company like this. I have grown so much attached to this channel and the app that it and its employees have inspired me to keep moving forward to what I want to achieve in life and this is just one of them. If you want to hear some news, I suggest choosing something like this!!!!

News collection and dissemination is incredibly important, and while this tour is mildly interesting, it is largely a superficial walk through of an office building. You see some sets, a green screen, and a floor of reporters and producers, but from behind glass. In the end, unless your group or guide is particularly engaging, you learn as much or less about news as you might learn about bears at a zoo. Still, it is a family-friendly walking tour, and if you don't mind paying 15 bucks to be advertised to, it isn't unpleasant.

To be clear, this is a review of the tour itself, not of the food court or surroundings. The tour begins with a ride up the longest freestanding escalator, which was enough to excite our son. Our tour guide was energetic, enthusiastic, and full of interesting information about the inner workings of a major news agency. There were numerous opportunities to stop and see the studios, research desks, and other production areas which were fascinating. If you're a fan of news reporting, it's a very interesting tour and worth the cost.

This place was nice. Went there with high expectations which actually not met. They do not have much to show about lice news and how they edit them. The guide named "Black" was very nice person and funny too. He added little excitement to the tour otherwise it was not worth.

I was looking forward to this tour, however at the end of it I wasn’t left so pleased. I thought the tour was kind of short and we didn’t really get to see the important good stuff on the tour. It was pretty basic and not worth it at all in my opinion. Having said that, it has good food places in the food court.
