The view was very nice and we liked it.check this place to get a view of Auckland. Worth the view! You get 360 degree view of the island, ports and the near by places! We had the map of Auckland and we could compare it. It was accurate , we specially looked out for the shape and coastal lines. Walking on the glass floor gives a mixed feeling, sometimes you are excited and at times scared. We did not the photograph package but they have an interesting selfie booth at the deck! That's amazing. Recommend this!

Amazing views (obviously), with a multitude of restaurants and services available. Friendly and helpful staff, with relatively good value food and drinks at orbit 360. Would definitely recommend 360 for the views and service, food and drinks were rather pleasant as well. Gift shop at bottom seems a little too touristy though, as the sky tower seemingly attracts as many local tourists as it does international.

Sky tower is one of the iconic places in Auckland. It gives great views all over Auckland city. There are a lot of adventurous activities to do for people. There is a restaurant as well. You can have photographs taken and get them at the reception with effects. It gives awesome views of Auckland all around. The elevator takes you to different levels. Walking on the glass floor is quite an experience. It’s a good visit if you visit Auckland.

Such a wonderful place located in the center of Auckland... I had an amazing experience there and worth every penny... stunning views of the city above and also nice facilities you can find... nice cafe, good restaurant with awesome food with good prices as well... clean place and the staff is very helpful... you will love it there and if you like extreme stuff you can a bungee jumping or a sky walk...

Fantastic views of Auckland, 360deg, from the Sky Tower's observation decks! On a good clear day, you have a brilliant view of all of Auckland, and further afield. You won't go hungry or thirsty either, as there is a small cafe on the lower deck serving a variety of snacks and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Want a "sit down meal"? The Orbiter Restaurant is the place to dine. Sit down and enjoy your meal, and you'll see Auckland whilst you rotate around! For the "dare-devils" who are in for a thrilling/exciting experience, bungy jump off the Tower, or walk around the outside of the Tower, looking down on the city below.

Great views of Auckland from above. We decided to take the day and night ticket, which gives you access to the tower during the day and then again during the night. If you want to watch the sunset, be there early and secure your spot as it gets fairly crowded. Overall, fair pricing for awesome views.

Iconic point of reference of the city of Auckland and the country itself. Just love being in there wait for the sun to set and wait for the city to lit up. take your parents, girlfriend or friend this place is good for everybody. Are you scared of heights, don't let your fear stop you from having the best view of the city. Ticket is a bit pricey and the coffee is not discounted. it is an expensive trip with the elevator but it is worth it. very cool to see people jumping down from the tower with relative countdown included. this piece of architecture will stand to a strong earthquake, just don't want to be there when that happen. remember to bring some coin with you if you wish to see things closer with the binoculars. don't miss the upper floor and sit down on one of the bean bags available and take your time to observe the city from the sky.

The Sky Tower reminded me of the Space Needle back home in Seattle. Staying in Auckland means that I had to visit the Sky Tower during my stay, and to be honest, it was exactly what you would expect. Glass windows all around for the full 360-degree view of the city. There's a nice cafe and plenty of seating for families, couples, etc. Overall a good experience with nice photos to show off. It is a tourist spot, however, and very busy during weekends.

The sky tower is A very signature building for New Zealand, and its the tallest free standing structure in the southern hemisphere. The elevator going up is interesting, but always packed. The views are quite good, the restaurants are cool, especially the rotating one at the top. As with all tourist places, the prices are high, but i think its still definitely worth it, even if its just a brief pop up to the top and back again.

Great place to visit even if slightly cloudy, but obviously better with clear skies. Great watching the wire jumpers as they descend. Well priced and cafe is reasonably priced too.

The view from the top deck is beautiful! The casino is very inviting. Just don't get addicted to it.. The revolving restaurant is fancy for sure. A little expensive and the food was alright. You could skip the restaurant and you just visit the deck and you'll be fine.

Loved the view. Great atmosphere. Lovely food and great service. We enjoyed over 2 hours of fun with a wonderful atmosphere. We thought it was well priced considering our experience and the excellent well presented food. We all chose the $55 menu plus wine and coffee

If you are in Auckland and didn’t visit sky tower means you missed out a amazing mark of Auckland. The good thing of this tower is it’s very much accessible and touchable unlike other towers in the world. It’s like a rocket at launch pad and ready to ignite. This is one of the oldest modern tower in Auckland. Highly recommend to visit and see the beauty of Auckland.

Can't comment sky tower as a general comment. Could only comment on Spice Alley. Went there for family dinner. The food we ordered were good in general however no consistency with the roti - one batch was tough and chewy the other batch was acceptable though a little on dry side. Desserts - ordered mango pudding , taro cake with fried shallots and one more that didn't leave much impression. Mango pudding - mango was too sour not enough of coconut cream to cut through the sour taste and the sticky rice is undercooked - lacking of flavour - not salty not tasting coconut . Overall quite disappointing considering this is a must dessert for a Thai fusion restaurant. The other dessert taro cake was overly sweet on its own making salted caramel sauce made it quite inedible. 1 to 2 mouthful and we can't carry on anymore. Service - generally friendly and accommodating accept one particular staff was being impatient . Serving with an expectation for guests to make room for her to serve dishes. One of the dish she just drop it on the side of the table and left. Not happy with her.

I was in Auckland for a couple of days so the Sky Tower was for sure on my list. I mean, you can't leave Auckland without visiting its main landmark right? The staff was really nice, welcoming and helpful. One of the best parts is going up and down with the elevator...it's so fast and it even has a glass under your feet so you can see how fast it's going up or down! The view from the top is simply amazing! You have a 360° view on Auckland and its surroundings! Unluckily that day the weather wasn't so good but still a great experience! If you have the time to visit it, I would recommend getting there for the sunset or for a night view of the City! I also enjoyed a cappuccino at the cafè and it was delicious.

A fantastic experience, whatever the weather. Fabulous views of Auckland City, and a great place for photo opportunities. If you're feeling brave you can do the Sky jump. A great gift shop too full of Kiwi souvenirs and a casino and many restaurants to visit once you're done with the views

Wonderful 360 degree views of the city. There are some glass floor panels for a thrill. Very packed full of people as it is a must go for visitors. There is a higher level you can access through a different lift. However, there are no outdoor levels unless you pay for the other activities.

Quintessential kiwi land mark. The sky tower set the Auckland skyline. You can travel to the top for a small fee. There is a restaurant at the top, with breathe taking views of the city and the harbour. There are also experiences to be had. You can jump off the tower on a bungie or walk around the outer rim with tour groups. Super fun. Must do for Auckland/NZ natives and any tourists.
