Was a great pleasure. The team is amazing and it's the most important thing. I had luck, but recommend to call them and hear about the trips they have and find the right for you.
If you are a cycling enthusiast and want to see Bangkok in an adventurous way, this tour is for you. I did Bangkok by night tour with Ninee and had an amazing experience. From the bylanes of Bangkok to the banks of Chahpraya River this tour covers it all. I would specially like to mention Bangkok footpaths which are so cycling friendly that it seems so much fun. The best way to roam around and to get to know about Bangkok and its history is through cycling. Thanks Ninee for an awesome tour.
Our guide Nini was very friendly, very professional and very educated. An overall very pleasant experience. Night bike tour highly recommended! Not so hot, no other tourists, very nice illumination of the landmarks.
I did the 'Bangkok behind the scenes' 4 hr Tour on Sat 31st Mar 2018 with one other guest (a stranger to me, but one I got to know during the tour) and our guide, Jazz. Firstly, Just Nok tours is owned and operated by the lovely, affable Nok. Previously, back in 2012, my friends & I had done a 5-day 'Bangkok to Ko Samui' bicycle tour with the well respected Grasshopper Adventures. One of our guides on that tour was Nok - and she was just as professional, kind and passionate now as she was then. Her experience at Grasshopper has allowed her to create a small professional team, where good modern bicycles and safety gear are provided, and well trained guides take you along well thought-out routes. Jazz is an exuberant guide and this was evident from the moment you meet him, when he takes you through an induction of the planned ride with a run through of the deep history of the area. The 'Behind the scenes' tour is exactly as described. After cycling over the mighty Chao Phraya river on Rama 8 bridge we cycled mainly backstreets and alleyways. Cycling through alleyways can be a bit technical - as its single file and weaving - but it also quite exhilarating. On our particular tour we got caught in a flash thunderstorm halfway into the ride, but fortunately we had a planned stop at Wat Suwannaram Ratchaworawihan temple to wait out the rain - during which Jazz entertained us with tales of the building and the intricate designs within the temple - it was very relaxing. There were other stops along the way but I won't detail those here as its best to discover those during the tour. I would highly recommend a tour with JustNok, whether you are guided by Jazz or one of the other guides, or if you are guided by Nok herself (she works every day), you are in good hands with a locally run & operated business.
Have had a chance to travel many countries, and it's rare that I would say this about a travel tour, but I will say this about Nok, Ni Ni and the travel team at Just Nolks, so much heart, sincerity, fun, adventure, thoughtfulness in a short couple of hours. Not forgetting safety first. Thank you Nok and Ni Ni - it pays off. Wishing you continued success in every way!
