Had to change rooms twice because it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. The third room was a two bedroom suite but still not that clean (hair that wasn’t my own in various places, white walls/tile around bathroom looked dirty, etc.). Pretty pool and awesome river adjacent location with ferry service. Modern high rise vibe.
Absolutely wonderful hotel! The staff are incredibly well trained and professional and cannot do enough for guests. Really good location by the river and the free shuttle boat is a great touch. As is the free welcome drink. Breakfast buffet suits all with a large choice. The only suggestion I'd have is more tea bags in the rooms but that's being picky! Would highly recommend!
Amazing location with beautiful view of the river. The service is great, the staff is friendly, resposible and quick. The breakfast has a great selection of both traditional and Thai food. I gave this hotel four stars because one morning we found ants in our bathroom. It happened only once though during our 3-night stay. Other than that we enjoyed everything there!
Our second time at the Chatrium Riverside. Fantastic professional service, great facilities including gym, swimming pools, sauna and spa. Room with river view great The buffet is astronomical catering for all tastes. Beautifully prepared and presented. The serving staff are superb and of course Thai so always smiling and super courteous. Cannot praise it enough.
Riverside hotel with nice rooms with balconies. The restaurant options of inside or outside next to the river are good as is the food and service. There is also live entertainment outside. The pool can get really busy but is very pleasant. The rooftop bare is also a nice place to spend an hour or so in the dark....Great views. There is also a river taxi ( free ) to the ferry terminal for real value travel around the city.
Stayed here for 3 days on my trip to Thailand. LOCATION: It’s on the river and the view from my room was of the river and it’s magnificent. They also have a free shuttle that takes you to the central pier from where you can take orange flag boats to Chinatown and all the big temples and the palace. It’s a fancier and quieter part of town. ROOM: nicest room I’ve ever stayed in. Faces the river with a great view. It’s a one bedroom with a kitchenette. SERVICE: from the time I came in to the time i you left I felt like everyone catered to our needs and everything was well thought out and organized. When we took a cab back the security guard of course opened the door but also checked the back seat with a flashlight for any belongings. Great attention to detail and too many such little things to list but they all add up. Overall a great start to a vacation. Highly recommend this place.
Excellent hotel with great views, amazing service and fantastic breakfast. Boat shuttle makes getting around a breeze. Current construction on neighboring plots can be a disturbance but hardly the hotel's fault, and the rooms are well soundproofed against any outside noise. The rooms are clean and spacious although there is some patina here and there.
Great hotel with large rooms, fabulous outdoor pool and restaurant areas. Friendly, professional, if not a little impersonal. Can't fault them on anything. Loved the boat shuttle to and from the hotel.
Great pool here. One of the best overlooking the river. Hotel staff were very helpful and polite. Rooms are very spacious as its like a apartment hotel. It is a bit far from the shopping centres and city.
Overall a nice hotel with a great restaurant and great service. We got an upgrade to a two bedroom suite which was really big although we didn't really needed it. The only downside for me was that the room seemed a bit outdated and it was not really clean. Otherwise everything was up to standard. The food in the restaurant was really good and actually surprised us positively for the prices.
Rather a good 4 star hotel with a great location at the river and large suites and rooms. The food at the restaurant is good and offers a wide variety between different cultures the service is slow and unorganized though. Great views from the room but unfortunately no outdoor seating at silver waves in the 36th floor (where you have a real good view on Bangkok). Cleanliness in rooms could be improved. Overall a good hotel with shuttle boat service (unfortunately only to one station).
