You can find excellent view of Basel here. Entrance of church is free, the gentleman on the entrance of church was very nice and has perfect English.
It was pretty good for a church. Great location with excellent views of Basel. A few flights down the stairs to the Rhein there was also what we understood was the famous ferry across the Rhein that was a great little experience.
old church that is in the process of being restored .on a beautiful square on the front and on the back side you can ove rlook the rhine river.
Lovely view, meeting point and romantic spot in Basel! Especially when Herbstmesse is in the town! Love it!
Beautiful from both the inside and the outside. The view on the other side over the river is great. It's very nice to walk through the church halls and see all of the wonderful art and sculptures further inside. There was a great free concert here when I came on a Saturday at noon - Stravinsky's Firebird played on organ.
Very nice place by the Rhine river. Beautiful views
In that silent square a beautiful discovery. I love it
Free entrance. Beautiful architecture. Overall space outside is clean and magnificent.
Wonderful city..clean, well set out with beautiful views of the Rhine river.
Nice old architecture cathedral. When I visited it was closed for entry due to some work/maintenance. One of the recommended places to visit in Basel. Surrounding is good.
Beautiful architecture, great places to take pictures as well as listen to the church bells
Lovely historical cathedral. Would recommend a visit there to anyone who goes to Basel
