Manage your expectation right. The museum is SMAILL, however it is full of sense. First, you see Tesla’s original belongings, including the legendary safe from room 3327 where he spent his last days. His ashes are also there in a special section. Second, you can see and be a part of demonstrations, performed by an excellent guide. This is included in the ticket price (adult - 500 dinar, CASH ONLY). Third, you see original machines!! Made by Tesla himself!! I was first disappointed with the museum size, but then realized that I didn’t want to leave...

Fantastic museum with many inventions (most of them are copies from the originals) of Nikola Tesla. It may be small but their presentation is more than enough. Unique experience learning a lot about one of the most important scientists in the history of humanity.

I came here on a Sunday, a few hours before my plane was due to bring me back home, and wanted to visit the museum. Since it was my last day had no more dinar in cash. They don't accept payment neither by card nor in Euro. In the most famous, flagship museum of the country this is very bad and this mentality definitely not helps the development of the tourism in Serbia.

Not only you can see the exhibits, they also have guide, who explains really well, you can ask anything to the guide, they speak really good English. The guide tour time is limited, so you’d better check before visiting.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Young people. Small but refined selection of exhibit items. Short but concise, meaningful and fun tours. One of the artefacts is the urn wit Nikola Tesla remains, which makes this museum unique. Altough there are a lot of parking lots in the area, most of the time all are taken. Suggested is to reach this museum by public transport or by a cab. However further up or down the street, and in the area, between 5 and 10 minutes walk away, bars and cafes are nested, offering some refreshment and enjoyable leisure time.

Last Friday Chartwell Primary students were treated to a special visit to the Tesla museum. We were given a private tour by the curator and shown an excellent 15 minute documentary on the life of the great inventor. The visit to the museum was extremely inspiring and everyone came away from it with a much deeper appreciation for the life and work of Nikola Tesla.

The museum was a big disappointment. I was very excited to see it, but after I spent more than twice on the ticket in comparison to other museums in Belgrade, I was able to see a demonstration of 2 experiments and some of the clothes that belonged to Nikola Tesla. The demonstrations would have been interesting, but the place was too crowded.

Advertised as a museum with many *interactive* physical experiments but in fact *all* potentially interactive items are labelled ‘Please do not touch‘, so only demonstration is available, which is clearly far less interesting for someone who loves physics. The museum is very small and rather poor. In addition, tickets are available only for cash (500 Serbian dinars); no cards, no Euro accepted.

Wow! It was absolutely amazing. The staff were really kind and the guide was fluent in English and he knew a lot about Tesla's inventions and ideas. Tesla's ashes were preserved in the museum as well. Spoiler alert, they do an experiment before your eyes. It will blow your mind. Awesome.

Small but nice museum for Nicola Tesla. The exhibition is wonderful where one can actually see the magic of electricity as Mr. Tesla imagine it. Recommended for all ages from 3 years old children. Highly recommended.

I have been anticipating the visit to the museum so much - and probably this was my personal mistake - but I have been disappointed by the lack of content: the museum itself is very small and showcases some interesting machineries and prototypes, along the Nikola's personal belongings. The "tour" includes a 15 minutes movie casting and experimenting with a couple replicas of Tesla's machines. Overall, a nice way to spend an hour while in Belgrade, but it definitely feels this experience could be a lot better! Also, as somebody noted, this is a cash only place: no credit cards, only local currency is accepted.

It has surpassed my initial expectations. The entry fee is very accessible in comparison with a lot of other museums (about 4 euros). The film, stories and experiments provided are very interesting. Experiments are interactive. The tour guide is very funny! Recomended stop while in Belgrade.

Feel disappointed. The exhibition is very small and modest. Tesla was a great inventor and scientist having hundreds of patent. There are only few most obvious devices presented in the small building. I think that Tesla deserved to have a large interactive museum...

Then the really fun part, practical demonstration of some of Tesla's experiments with electricity....be struck by lightning. His Ashes are held there (pic)
