Bergen Light Rail (Norwegian: Bybanen) is a light rail system in Bergen, Norway. The first stage of the project is a twenty-station stretch between the city center and Lagunen Storsenter, where the first 15 stations comprising a 9.8-kilometre (6.1 mi) stretch opened in 2010, and the second is a 3.6-kilometre (2.2 mi) stretch from Nesttun to Lagunen which opened in June 2013. A third stretch from Lagunen to Bergen Airport, Flesland opened in 2017. Further plans for the project involve mooted extensions to Åsane and Storavatnet.
Beautiful park near the center of Bergen. Easy to find and reach via the light rail and bus lines. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, cafes and what have you around it, so it's a good place to include in your city exploration or shopping trips.

This is a pleasant park in the heart of Bergen. I was here for 2017 May 17 Celebrations and fireworks. Right beside the Kode museums it's a nice place to stop, rest and reflect the city of Bergen. It can be quiet one day and full of activity the next.
The most beautiful place in Norway's most beautiful city. By far! Really cozy too!

Nice little spot in Bergen, ypu can sit and enjoy the views, or get some coffee and ice-cream or sometimes catch a show.
Bergen is a fairly large city with most of the facilities you would expect from a modern metropolitan conurbation
It's grass, some flowers and a couple of benches mid city. Great on the rare occasion the sun is out.
Nice place, great view of the local mountains, a bar close by on those sunny days.
