The tour itself was fine - you get to see many of Berlin's main buildings and attractions over a 2 hour journey on the A route and the bus driver and ticket seller by the buses were friendly enough. However, half the audio connections weren't working (or I only had sound in one headphone) while the headphones themselves became unplugged ridiculously easily and so while I still enjoyed seeing Berlin's landmarks, it would have been nice to learn more about them from a less patchy audio commentary (and less cringy audio guides at that)

The audio guide, at least on the Green tour, is sexist; it's a conversation between 2 men who talk about dancer's pretty legs and men having to tolerate women's desire to shop. How old fashioned. Not what I'd expect in a) 2017 and b) in Berlin. Have written to complain.

To me this Sight Seeing Berlin is very dishonest. We purchased tickets on the day of a marathon. They did not tell us at any stage that the buses would stop at 2.00 pm in fact they told us that they would run as normal. The buses did not come every 15 minutes as promised. While we watched other hop on hop off tour buses go every 10 minutes with much more modern buses. My advice try the other hop on hop off do not use sightseeing Berlin.

We had a lovely day, my brother and I saw the sights of Berlin and all the tourist attractions, the only problem was the bus tickets I had pre purchased were not used because the bus didn’t show up. The day was cold as ice (we are Aussie and everything is cold to us 😝) and we spend 20 minutes checking the website for the exact location is the bus stop, however no bus stop sign was found. There was a clear stop for City Circle tours but not city sightseeing. We waited roughly 10 minutes more (totalling 30 in the area of the stop) before we could not take the cold any more and got a taxi instead. I expect better from an organisation who are handling peoples once in a life time adventure. I am deeply disappointed.
