Lots to see and I highly enjoyed the Nefertiti Bust. It’s a beautiful piece of art that I’d recommend seeing if you’re in Berlin. I wasn’t crazy about the other exhibits, but this one piece made it worth a visit. The actual museum itself that houses all of the treasures is a piece of art in itself. It combines a lot of the original building with complementary and modern architecture.

Beautiful building, interesting exhibitions but horrid staff. We are a group of 5 architecture students who simply went to enjoy the structure while taking in the information that surrounds us. However, from the moment we entered the building, we were constantly followed and watched by the museum security, who would move towards our group as we changed from room to room, while conversing with other members of security. For older visitors, I would definitely recommend it. But as a student, steer clear.

Slightly weird mix of exhibits from ancient Egypt though Germanic finds. On the whole, though, very interesting and enjoyable. Free audio tour is very helpful. Best of all, relatively uncrowded, especially compared with next-die Pergamon Museum. Even key exhibits like the bust of Nefertiti and the Berlin Gold Hat are easily accessible and usually not too overrun.

Definitely plenty to see and a lot to take in, can you put a price on education and history? It was worth every penny at a reasonable €18 for entry to any museum in Museum Island

The building itself is impressive already, but the collection is also very nice. This goes for the entire Museum Island. Not an overload of stuff but carefully chosen items that are all worth seeing.

An absolutely beautiful museum! Beautifully redone by David Chipperfield. The attention to detail in the construction of the museum makes it a wonderful place to visit for architecture enthusiasts and students as well as people seeking time in a wonderful gallery. In October, the exit was very strange and it felt like you were being pushed into a back alley. I'm sure it will be different when the new construction is completed.

What an amazing museum part of museum island. I only got to see three due to so many artifacts. The Egyptian artifacts were awesome and the bust of Queen Nefertiti blew me away very emotional. I would highly recommended this museum as with the others. You will need a one day pass at 18 euros but you will need an early start to see all five museums. I will be back to see the two I didn't visit.

One of the best classic museums of the world. The collection is awesome but the organization is not at level. Sometimes It feels a little random. Also a lot of information (easily 80 %) is only in deutsch. Needs work to make It more modern.

Expansive museum with a lot of exhibits from different areas of history. Definitely worth the visit! I would recommend getting a museums pass for the whole Museum Island, making visiting multiple museums very affordable.

Wonderful museum! Don't race directly to Nefertiti. She's beautiful but there's a lot more to see too. It's worth starting from the top floor and working your way down so you don't get too tired.

Amazing architecture (actually the museum island still under construction) . A complete review of the history of different cultures and periods. Good Audio guides and staff were really friendly. Was a happy afternoon at this museum and I get the best experience ever at the museum island🏝

Nefertiti bust is beyond explanation, very nice and very detailed. Also liked the astronomic golden hat. Truly recommend going up first and then moving down. Some floors have a mix of cultures, navigating through it in chronological order can be tricky.

Museum is pretty cool! Lots of cool things to see! Nefertiti is just awesome!!!! Definitely worth a visit and one of the city's must-see places !! Make sure you buy entrance tickets online(before you go) and avoid the (probably long) line there.

This is a very historical and beautiful place. It is free for under 18s and it has great bathrooms. There are also free audio guides which are really helpful but for some reason mine didn't work in quite a few if the rooms. The original architecture has been preserved or reconstructed in many of the rooms and there were many interesting displays.

Fantastic Museum. All the staff I interacted with were very nice. The room guards were always "on" and watching closely, but as long as they observed you being careful, they seemed to let you get as close to the works at you wanted. If you want to see several museums over a couple of days, I highly recommend the $50 Euro Annual Classic Membership.

Excellent place for those appreciate art. Great collection. Maintained well. Professional staff, kind and ready to help. They keep eye of course but it doesn't disturb you while you enjoy your senses and having experience with the artefacts. Highly recommended.

Lovely place to visit! The remodel is exquisite and has managed to preserve some of the old architecture along with the new. The collection is extensive and well laid out. If you want to spend an hour to see the famous pieces you can - if you want to spend 4 hours diving into the details you can!

The collection is fantastic and how the different spaces have been used to show the art is inspiring. There is a very good restaurant for refreshments and there are luggage facilities as well. On the day I went it was 30 degrees and the air inside the museum wasn't much less than this. Please invest in some decent Aircon, as I would have loved to have spent even longer here but had to get out for fresh air.

Great collection. I gave myself a few hours, which of course was not enough time to see everything. I hope to come back to see more, and continue on to some of the museums I missed. It was not immediately clear on the best way to proceed. First get an audio tour guide, which is included with your ticket price. You can use it selectively for displays you'd like more info about. There are sheets that have a floor plan with highlights, so you can start with the floor you're most interested in, or rush to the highlights if you're short on time.

It's a amazing place. Just amazing. If you like museums that's the place you NEED to go. There is no big lines to buy the tickets and inside it's not very crowded. So I thing that's can be a place to see nice things. But get ready for a BIG walk. Because this is a huge museum.

Great museum, lots to see. There is also a possibility to buy one ticket to see all museums on the museum island. I recommend that ticket if you have lots of time to spend that day. But if you just want to take your time, there would still be plenty to see in the Neues Museum. :)
