The staff is amazing and very friendly and helpful! The hotel looks amazing, no doubts about that and the location is the best- right in the centre of the city in Mitte! There's a grand piano located in the lobby which you can play and many other facilities such as the Spa which is very private and clean and the gym (on the same floor). The rooms are so comfortable and big, especially the beds! I even got a cake for my birthday! Coolest hotel in Berlin (my honest opinion)!

Stayed at the Regent Berlin recently for 4 nights. Everything about this hotel is 5 stars.The location is amazing, the views from the room were spectacular as well.

700m from Brandenburg Place, with many nice and expensive restaurants around. 30' from Tegel Airport by taxi (25€). Rooms are what you can expect in a 5* superior hotel. Very large. Confortable king size bed. Coffee machine. Minibar... And a free mobile phone that allows you to call free everywhere and access internet. Better reserve directly than thru reservation platforms, as you will get their same price and a 50% reduction on breakfast. Breakfast buffet is huge and fresh. Orange juice was not my taste. I drunk a 1€ fresh squeezed orange juice glass (0,2l) on Alexanderplatz far much tastier.

Regent Berlin is exuding in elegance, style and impeccable service. I love how clean and orderly everything is. Staff are also very good and very professional. I’m very much impressed. I like how they make you feel well taken care and they don’t skimp on the details. They handle everything with care and though they cater on your individual needs, they also make sure everything they provide you with great services. I went for an Afternoon tea there and I had the best experience. Food was amazing, ambiance and decor is so stately and elegant and service is wonderful. My husband was also so impressed and kept raving about it. We always travel and always go to Afternoon Tea at different hotels here and abroad, but we have to say the one they have in Regent is one of the best. I also love that they have a pianist who play beautiful live music, it really helps you relax and enjoy your stay. Will come back again.
