Beautiful design of the entire hotel, and beautiful setting by the zoo. Staff were knowledgeable and friendly (with exception of some of the morning time restaurant staff we encountered). Small details on the room guest experience could be improved. But overall very pleased with our stay. I would avoid getting breakfast a la carte in the restaurant and go to the cafe 1min walk right around the corner instead.

Great spa. They were also able to accommodate a small group, and made us feel very special. They were able to accommodate a pregnant friend, and we spent some time enjoying the pool and the sauna. The pool has some seats with jacuzzi bubbles, which was most relaxing! (though note, this was not a hot tub, just a swimming pool.) I'd love to go back and would consider it for birthday parties, bridal showers, general pampering, and also for couples.

Lovely hotel! First of all, the staff is exceptional, they went out of their way to help us whenever needed and were full of personalized recommendations. Very professional, especially Josephine. I loved the decor and the special features and private access to the adjoining zoo. The room was spacious, beautiful and I loved waking up to the sound of the zoo animals. The nearby green tree filled park was so nice to take a jog or bike ride in, we really enjoyed our stay and were sad to leave. We will return next time we are in Berlin!
