Lynton is a suburb in the southern foothills hills of Adelaide, South Australia. A leafy suburb, it was established during the settlement of Adelaide as a source of timber. Windy Point (formerly known as Observation Point) represents one of the best lookouts over the city and suburbs.

If you like to have romantic time and enjoy to watch the sunset. Just visit windy point it is really incredible place
I had a local right up my backside all way up to the top not good for visitors. The view was very hazy but on a good day Id imagine it would be good you can see the city and the coast
Car park needs a bit of cleaning. Great view and good road to get there. The restaurant is amazing.
Great view of Adelaide.. Day and night.. Can see the ocean, port Adelaide, Airport and city Would be good if council chopped the trees on opposite side of road. They have started growing larger disrupting view over last few years
I've been visiting this lookout since I first had my drivers licence many decades ago and its still the most picturesque view of Adelaide City day and night. The spot is popular though so be prepared for a full carpark.
