Amazing view of the city of bogota from this sanctuary!! Can take the train up or a ferry up or a trek on feet up here. Lots of great spots to take photos and show your instagram worthy poses. On a clear day, you can see miles away in every direction. The sanctuary itself is pretty too so don't forget to take a pic with the sanctuary as well!

Beautiful church but be sure not to go on Sunday because you would find a very crowded place.

This is one of the places that you can get a gorgeous view of Bogota. Great authentic Colombian restaurants with a colorful local market.

Absolutely amazing view of the city from top. The church itself is worth the visit. I recommend to go on Sundays where local people climb the mountain to go worship, also it is safer. Bogota is 2600m, the top is 3150m (I believe), so the climb is not for faint hearted. Frequent pauses necessary to catch up with the low oxygen pressure

This is a Catholic Church with a nice view of Bogota. Inside there is not much to see but out side has the best panoramic view of Bogota.
