Located within walking distance of a large outdoor pedestrian shopping mall as well as several parks, tourist sites and the river. They offer parking at a public lot for a fixed price covering your stay. The restaurant is beautiful and comfortable. Staff is very accommodating. There is a pillow menu so you can choose the right pillow for you. They also provide a mobile phone you can use free during your stay for voice and data. The hotel has a cafe with light fare and a very good selection of wine.

A great hotel. The room was comfortable, the food is good. We recommend the wine tasting course as the sommelier was amusing, very knowledgeable and clearly passionate about wine.

Stayed one night during a last minute trip to Bordeaux. I was initially hesitating with the Hotel de Seze and the Grand Hôtel, but ended up being so happily surprised with this gem. There is so much attention to little details, a super friendly and helpful staff, great design, tons of interesting touches (pillow menu, honey-scented fragrance, great wine bar, little notes left in the rooms). It's perfectly located in a discreet hideaway right in the heart of Bordeaux. I am very thrilled with this discovery, a perfect hotel for a weekend getaway, which really made me consider extending my stay just to enjoy it more!

Our reservation said: "room with hot tube and a terrace" (340€) with pictures showing a very nice exterior room. But it was a hole without a window in the middle of the restaurant in the ground floor. It has no terrace whatsoever, it simply has a table of public use beside the room where people having dinner go to smoke ( less than two meters from the room). The room is extremely noisy because of the restaurant and because of the noise from the steam extractor that cannot be switched off. Beware of the room in the ground floor, it is not what the pictures show.

Way too expensive for a small room with a Toilet and shower in the same room. Also AC does not have any effect. Definitely no 4 Star Hotel.
