Place Guillaume II is a town square in Luxembourg City, in southern Luxembourg. The square lies to the west of Krautmaart and to the north of Boulevard Franklin Delano Roosevelt in the heart of Luxembourg's historic Ville Haute quarter. It is colloquially known as Knuedler, from the Luxembourgish language's word for 'knot', referring to the knot in the belt worn by Franciscan friars.

Nothing much to describe... It is a quiet area in Luxembourg... There is a church and some cafés and restaurants...

It is ok. Nothing here is extremely beautiful. There is a city hall but despite that nothing more. When I was there was also very rainy and there was lacking the mood to walk around. There is a little tourist shop where you can buy some Luxembourg souvenirs and take a map to do a game around the city. That we really liked, even if is thought for children it could be fun for adults too.

It's located right in front of the tourist office in Luxembourg. It's a very beautiful touristic site in Luxembourg. Also located behind it are lots of cafés and restaurants where tourists can have lunch or coffee
