The Parque de la Memoria (English: Remembrance Park) is a public space situated in front of the RÃo de la Plata estuary in the northern end of the Belgrano section of Buenos Aires. It is a memorial to the victims of the 1976–1983 military regime, known as the National Reorganization Process, during the Dirty War, a period of unprecedented state-sponsored violence in Argentina.
The origin of Memory Park came from human rights organizations and the government of Buenos Aires approved the park's construction on July 21, 1998.
Nice place. Just by the river. To disconnect from the city and connect with Nature. Perfect for walks and picnic. Bikes and dogs are allowed. The sunset is the best time.

A day in paradise. Open spaces in front of the big lake (Mar de la Plata). Near the coast you can listen the waves smashing against the stones. It's a delightful place to share a few hours stay with your family, friends or with your special person. And is necessary to highlight than the weather can ruin your stay in this beautiful and amazing place. So, be careful, use your weather apps trying to avoid a raining day.

An important place to visit, spend some time, and learn about the "proceso" and its victims

I went with a guide. Recommend having an informed Argentinian with you for context.

Its a sentimental place to go if you understand all the history in it, besides of just being an oustide enourmus museum, you can also go hangout and lay on the grass, i recommend if you have time.
