Great place to spend a short or long time. Re-entry is included over a number of days so you can see animals that come out at different times. Friendly chatty keepers. Open exhibits reinforce the illusion of space. Animals seems unstressed. A surprising amount of things to do.

We are visiting Australia. We have been in Sydney, Melbourne and we are very impressed and happy, very nice people.
But the Cairns Zoom and Wildlife dome is opposite to what we have experienced in Australia.
They are harsh and critical to young children. They scared them by threatening police or security guard. Unfortunately the manager and his staff are not trained to deal with young children. Rather than talking and explaining what are their policies and rules and what is acceptable and not acceptable, they threaten them by calling police or security guards, to the point that they traumatized the young kids.
The place is not even worth to visit.
If you are a family with young children, I highly recommend not to take them to this place, the manager is especially very rude and try to traumatized the young kids. You should protect your child and do not even try to go there l

Bf and I went for the mid zoom, high zoom, dome climb and slacklining! Only these four were available. It’s a pity the power jump was closed for maintenance at the time we went. It was such a experience with the obstacle courses. Initially, I was afraid but I was soon enjoying the whole playtime. I am amazed by the design of the place, with so many activities in one area. All 4 activities probably took us 2 hours plus and I was sweating buckets after that. For our dome climb, their staff, Rose, personally brought us up to be our guide and photographer. She was also there to teach us how to balance on the slackline. Super lovely this lady. After all these, we continued to explore the place with numerous animals and birds. My personal favourite is the white kookaburra! So beautiful.

Very well managed in a small space, It was an amazing experience and different too. Visited with my family and cousin's family and we enjoyed a lot.

The most relaxed and rewarding holiday in a long time Cairns is a wonderful city in Australia and I have seen a few as this is my 3rd visit I will come back again to soon and do more so much to see love it thank you

It's a nice little zoo to visit. Very handy in the city to stop in with the kids. Large range of animals and that huge croc. The zoom part looks fun. However, it kind of lessens the experience of the zoo as it has taken over the entire area. Kids still had a great time though.

Great day. High rope options are cheap and definitely worth doing. Never have done anything like it before and felt safe the entire time. Wildlife is awesome although not much diversity.

A wonderful interactive wildlife park in the heart of Cairns. A great place to spend an afternoon! Crocodile feeding time at 15:00 is well worth the visit.

My kids and I participated in nearly all the activities at Cairns Zoom. If you weigh over 120kg then you might not be able go up on the mid zoom course. A good head for heights is needed in some areas but I never saw anyone struggling with it. Earlier in the day seems to be the best time to go because it was very busy in the afternoons, but people should call to confirm this. The staff were very friendly and excellent with the kids. Every part of the course is safe and both my children (9&10) loved it!

One of the best activities I've done. Wildlife and fun activities all in one! Great views of the city. Staff were so friendly and even offered us to do extra activities at the end! Great value as well

Disappointing. Small, overpriced and looking rather ‘tired’. Maybe with older kids it might be better value for money since they can participate in the ZOOM activities. I have younger children and it was a waste of money. Not a lot to see or do for them and it became boring very quickly.

Great habitat to come and see. Doesnt take long to explore the whole thing. You can do different activities like the ropes course or walking around the top of the dome. My dad once gave a cockatoo a scratch under the wing. He enjoyed it alot. Lots of memories were made here. High recommend

Zoom is fun and there is a discount for locals. The animals are the same as any around here but great to get up close as a tourist.
