In early Monday evening. Food on this occasion was disappointing and over priced for taste. Not normally a person to comment on portion size. However, Chicken curry had only a few bits of chicken. Nice hotel and setting but not much life around on a Monday in March. I would recommend the hotel
On the 31st March 2018 I held my entire wedding ceremony and reception in Ballygally Castle Hotel. The day went amazingly well thanks to the very helpful and skilful staff. There had been a lot of preparation in the months leading up to the wedding and the communication was brilliant. I always knew what was needed or what I needed to do. My guests loved the whole day. The bedrooms are beautifully decorated and the beds are unbelievably cpmfortable. With killer views and food you would die for what more do you need. Can't wait to have another stay.
Carvery lunch on a Sunday is lovely quiet formal in a relaxed environment. Piano player in the far corner of the bay window with excellent views of the coast to day dream out on whilst having a meal with some friends and family. Staff are good and organized but do not over power you on selling drinks or clearing tables whist you are relaxing. Which is unsual now a days. Well run and we'll organised and excellent value for money.
Love this hotel and have stayed many times. Very friendly helpful staff. Tasty food, well presented with plenty of choice. Very clean, well decorated and comfortable rooms. Great location. Highly recommend.
Fantastic hotel with stunning views. Staff were all warm and friendly. Very helpful when you need assistance even down to helping you make the most of all the beautiful tourist attractions. Check out the Game of Thrones door and if you are brave enough make a visit to the haunted room in the tower. Breakfast was amazing with lots of local produce on offer to set you up for the day ahead. I highly recommend a stay here and I will definately be going back.
