Nestled at the foot of Mount Etna on the Italian island of Sicily lies the town of Catania, one of the islands most ancient ports. Catania is less of a tourist destination and more of an industrial city. Despite that, Catania’s old town is still marked as a World Heritage site by the UN because of its baroque architecture.
