Lots if info on places to go and eat, things to see and transport not just Chester but Wales, Wirral , Merseyside and other parts of Cheshire. Staff very friendly and helpful. Also sell Guide books postcards and souvenirs etc.
Very helpful staff. Discounted tickets to different attractions in the area.
Staff really helpful. Well located. Good range of tourist information.
The service provided by the staff is good. I highly recommend going to this Information Centre to ask about tours, maps and guidance to visit Chester. However, souvenirs are quite expensive in this shop and there is not a big variety.
My girlfriend and I popped in to get idea of what to do with our free afternoon. We decided to have a tour with the Roman centurion, he was fantastic, although much of his tour relied upon us to use our imagination, he took us both back in time. This is a must do activity.
Really helpful and knowledgeable staff, it has a little gift shop too if you would like to take a souvenir back with you.
Did the Chester Walking Tour today and it was fantastic! Guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend! The Visitor Centre staff overall was friendly and helpful and the shop has some cute, locally made, souvenirs.
