We enjoyed our stay, every staff member we encountered were all very friendly and welcoming (Chris at the front desk went above and beyond, he made the difference). The rooms were very clean and spacious, here's what I did not like about the rooms.. no bathtubs (per my girlfriend) and the light in the bathroom were all connected with no option to only have the shower light or vanity light on individually. What may prevent us from going back to this property is that they did do not offer lunch or drinks until 4:00 pm.
We were so thrilled with our stay at The Phelps. We had multiple rooms for family members who came to town for our wedding. The kitchenette was helpful for our guests with babies and small children (formula/snacks). The rooms were clean, well decorated and quite. We loved the rooftop bar. The hotel made our weekend very easy for a large group of guests.
Amazing place! Great accommodations. Awesome breakfast! Bron is the best...hooked us up with all the info that we needed. Hotel is close to everything...great American ballpark, rhinegeist brewery, and Jack casino included. Very friendly staff! Relaxing courtyard in the back! Rooms were perfect! Thank u for a great baseball trip residence inn!
Great hotel with plenty around to do. The rooms are clean and easily accessible. The roof top bar provides great views of the city with fun new take on drinks! Definitely be sure to keep your eyes open when you are here, you never know who you might run into!
Very nice rooms and amenities. Includes breakfast. Has a great rooftop bar - haven't made it there yet need to be open longer hours and days. Valet has been very efficient. Has a 24 HR workout area.
My stay at the here was just what I needed after a long day on the road from Nashville. The hospitality was spot on and front desk was extremely kind and courteous upon my early check in. I was super pleased and comfortable in my HUGE room and felt safe given the location of the hotel. Even with the hotel being very busy this night they had ample parking and there were zero disruptions..it's an extremely quite hotel! My room had an insane amount of space offering a full kitchen, living/dinning room! Two double beds were in the neighboring room which was separated by you're own private door. More like a condo/apartment instead of a hotel room! I loved being able to spend a night in the city here - and you are in the city, that's for sure! Both the Bengals and Red's stadiums are less than a 10 minute walk with loads of places to dine in and visit all in the neighborhood. Don't forget to check out the wonderful rooftop bar...holy cow what a view! Breakfast fantastic with a very well rounded menu. I was pleasantly surprised by how good the food and coffee were! Housekeeping were very courteous...extremely nice folks and really went out of their way to help us with all of our requests. If you're in the area or plan on being in the area and want a great hotel this one is definitely worth staying at, I'll be back!
