We stayed at this hotel in late May. The room is cute with a very French atmosphere and the staff is great. Location is also brilliant - c.15/20mins walk to Lafayette and elss than an hour's wall to all touristic locations. However we felt it was quite expensive for what we got (perhaps we were travelling at peak proces of c. EUR 200/night. The room was tiny (but had its charm) and the hotel is overall in need of some maintenance - for eg. The wall in the bathroom had some chippings, overhead shower was not working, etc. However we enjoyed our stay..and give it 4 stars.
Hotel is clean and cozy. Staff is friendly and helpful. They could speak English. About 45 - 60 minutes walk to the river (Louvre, Notre Dame, etc). Beds are on the firm side but comfortable. Flat screen TV. Nice waterfall shower heads. They provide power adapters at the front desk. Mini fridge and safe in the room. Pretty quiet in the room. Would stay again.
We love this hotel. Perfectly French, from the lobby through to the rooms. Great location and good breakfast. Helene and all the staff were wonderful. Looking forward to returning soon!
