Empower Field at Mile High (previously known as Broncos Stadium at Mile High, Invesco Field at Mile High and Sports Authority Field at Mile High, and commonly known as Mile High, New Mile High or Mile High Stadium) is an American football stadium in Denver, Colorado. The stadium is nicknamed Mile High due to the city's elevation of 5,280 feet (1,610 m).
Home of the Broncos and Outlaws lacrosse. Comfortable seats with good views just about everywhere in the stadium. Giant screen to help follow any action you can't see. Decent parking. Expensive concessions as to be expected. Good team store with tons of Broncos items. Nice statues around the grounds and the Colorado Sports Hall of Fame.
Mile high is great Stadium! Really close to light rail access and just a few miles from downtown. There are few breweries and restaurants nearby also. Traffic can be a little crazy exiting but that's what you get with all venues in stadiums. I suggest taking public transportation if you're going to a concert or an event. Overall, really cool Stadium and pretty easy access to Light Rail and freeways with not too many but a few places nearby to hang out before or after.
this is a great venue even though it is more than a dozen years old already. Plenty of things to do there traffic or people flow is engineered well plenty of vendors so you don't have to walk all over the stadium for one specific type of food. Parking is adequate and flows in and out easily once you're in the stadium grounds group group and employee parking is a nice benefit.
Awesome stadium. Great viewing from almost any seat. Convenient downtown location easily accessible. Bought tickets, parking and team gear at the mobile, virtual Gift Bag produced for Broncos fans.
It's hard to believe this new stadium is nearing 20 years old. It's well maintained and in the last few years has had some major renovations to the concourse that have really made it nice and clean looking. Of course, this is a great place to watch the Broncos play but check out their list of events because they so many other things (and more affordable things) too through the year from beer festivals to concerts to lacrosse to concerts and more. Another thing I love about this stadium is that it's very easy to reach via bike (check out B Cycle for some great game options!), walking from the river paths and public transit (RTD also has a lot of game day options to too). A fair warning... because so many of the events here are high profile there are always fraudsters selling tickets. Be sure to get your tickets only from the box office, ticketmaster or the Denver Broncos website to ensure they're legit.
Cool place to have to work! Technology rocks... and I got to be a part of IT. Cant wait to go back. Easy in and out. Lots of good security too! Thanks Broncos
Enjoyed the special event England vs New Zealand Rugby.... Mile high did a great job hosting the event. Sit on the west side, always, so intense Denver sunsets don't fry ya. Both visiting team's player got gassed from the altitude.. otherwise well done mates
Great place to watch a DENVER BRONCOS game! Not a good place to see a concert, the sound quality was WAY OFF! We had great seats but I'll wait to see a show at Red Rocks or Fiddlers Green. - (And not enough restrooms. Had to wait 10 minutes, my wife had to wait for 20 minutes.)
It's always fun to attend at least one Broncos game in your lifetime however sometimes I wonder if it's really worth it. Spent a lot of money to attend a game and eat their garbage food only to have poor service and people bumping into you while you're simply trying to get back to your seat. I would much rather watch the game from home along with all the comforts that one can have within their own home.
My friend and I enjoyed the two hours tour at Sports Authority Field at Mile High Stadium! Vicki, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable and friendly. We have got an unforgettable experience here. I would definitely recommend taking this tour!
