Grafton Street (Irish: Sráid Grafton) is one of the two principal shopping streets in Dublin city centre (the other being Henry Street). It runs from St Stephen's Green in the south (at the highest point of the street) to College Green in the north (the lowest point).
The street was developed from a laneway from the early 1700s, and its line was shaped by the now-culverted River Steyne. Initially a fashionable residential street with some commercial activity, the character of Grafton Street changed after it was connected to the Carlisle Bridge and came to form part of a cross-city route. It suffered from dilapidation and prostitution through the 19th century, with several run-down buildings. During the 20th century, it became known for the coffee house Bewley's, mid- and up-market shopping, and as a popular spot for buskers. It has been assessed as one of the most expensive main retail streets in the world on which to rent.

One of Dublin's landmarks. You will always find throngs of people here taking photographs beside the famous statue. I guess I would do the same if I came across a similar landmark in a foreign city. If you are ate the statue, you are just around the corner from (in my opinion) one of the more interesting parts of Dublin. The cafes and bars along South William Street and Drury Street, and the surrounding areas have a great atmosphere; especially at night.

Brilliant piece of Art, this is something anyone visiting Dublin should visit. With there being no price to go and view it you would be mad not to go. Very nice spot for photos and the statue has a brilliant story behind it for anyone interested.

It's in the area between some iconic pubs and an old cathedral that served as the Dublin Tourism Office till recently. The sculpture itself is beautifully made. It's fun to hang around and watch tourists pose to take pictures touching her breasts. Some claim it is supposed to bring you good luck. Yeah right! Whatever be the case, poor Molly definitely gets a lot of attention.

Very Nice and historic statue. This statue was moved from Grafton street due to the new LUAS line. Molly Malone to the old location. It must be visited by the people that visits Trinity College and shopping any Grafton street.

I walked by Molly the other night and maybe it was the 15 beers talking but she winked at me. She gestured over at me to get my attention and winked and her marvellous grapefruit sized breasts moved in motion with the wink. It was a glorious experience. One I will definitely tell the grand children about. 10/10 visit this statue!!!

Nice little statue of what is apparently a fictional character from a popular Irish song. As evidenced by the extra shine on a couple prominent parts of the statue, Molly has been groped or otherwise victimized by many passers-by. Our group was not completely blameless in that regard. It's a good meeting spot as it is not a very busy area.

Molly Malone" (also known as "Cockles and Mussels" or "In Dublin's Fair City") is a popular song, set in Dublin, Ireland, which has become the unofficial anthem of Dublin. Locals say that if touch the statue's breast, you'll be lucky.

Rather small but very nice statue, known from a famous old Irish song. Very popular landmark for tourists who want to pose in front of this statue on pictures with friends and family as a very nice memory of their trip to Dublin.Very pleasant and sympathetic !!

In Dublins fair city.🎶🎵.Lovely statue of Molly Malone. A must have tourist photo. Might have a wee wait to stand beside her, a lot of people have the same idea. But it's worth it. The tart with the cart. Brilliant.

Such a beautiful and sad story of sweet Molly Malone. She's situated in a great location, perfect landmark for the bus tour pickups. Molly's ballad was sung to us several times by tour bus drivers and cabbies, it made our Dublin visit more personal.

A nice statue in the heart of the city. The area is really nice and the statue itself is well placed. The area is worth visiting as this part of the city has a real European feel, the statue is not the best reason to visit the area but worth a look while you are there.

Nice statue in front a picturesque building. Worth a look and a photo. And since it is in the heart of the city from here on you can get to many other places.

A very nice statue which is about life sized of Molly pushing her cart through the streets of Dublin. A bit tucked out the way but well worth finding.

It's a cool statue, but I mean.... It's just a statue. Easy place to meet up. Also near Starbucks.
