Good selection of beers. And their wings are some of the very best you can find. I was a traveller there and I've been craving those wings since I came back. Food in general is very nice. Wish this place stayed open till later at night.

Good food and wide selection of drink in this warm but spacious pub. Seafood a focus. There is a music venue upstairs with regular gigs usually by tribute bands. They do a good dinner and gig deals

We popped in for an early dinner during the bank holiday weekend. Due to the time it was fairly empty. When we entered we stood by the wait to be seated sign and were not acknowledged so we took our own seat. We asked at the bar for some food menus and we were told to take a seat and someone would bring them over straight away. After 10 minutes I had to ask again for some food menus as they never arrived. We ordered the mussels and the Hake which overall were tasty. Sadly half the mussels were closed and could not be eaten and the potatoes in the Hake dish was served cold (fridge cold). We did mention the mussels when the plates were cleared. The response was that they would let the kitchen know but no follow up was provided so we presume no one in the kitchen cared. Overall it was disappointing.

Lovely. Comfortable. Staff were great craic! Food was great. 10/10 The loo's were a bit 'stuffy'

When for dinner and show at The Purty. The food was excellent, a choice of 3 starter 3 mains and 3 desserts. As each course was better than the last. If you are looking for reasonable night out, you would not be disappointed by a visit here.

Food was good, but not as good as I remember it being. Service was excellent. However my wife's steak was over cooked. We got a free desert which was nice but would have been happier to get the food cooked as ordered and paid for our desert

Starters and beers selection was fantastic but apparently rare steak means cooked crispy on the outside and a grey as winters day all the way through. The waiter had the gall to tell my girlfriend she woundnt want to have rarer than the grey paste that was served up TWICE! Apparently because of the grill they use, medium well done is the best they can do.

Great gig at bagatelle. Such a lovely posh area. It was like being abroad walking down the street.
