The chap who answered the phone informed me he is a private tour company. A misnomer to call them the Dublin Tourist Office. I suppose that's why he sounds rude. He may not appreciate the company appears as the official Dublin Tourist helpdesk on the Google search engine.
Not very helpful and it seems not an official centre.
