Portsmouth Damm is a 97-metre-long (318 ft) structure located in the Inner Harbour of Duisburg, Germany. It was completed in 1998. It links both sides of the Inner Harbour, whilst also separating the rear harbour which is maintained at a higher level. On 18 August 2000 it was named after the English city of Portsmouth, with which Duisburg had been twinned for fifty years. The architects were Norman Foster and Partners.
Good for casual walk throughs. Amidst the breeze and the sounds of sea birds, one can find peace.

A Duisburg must to visit! It is so beautiful to spend here in daytime but also feels so magical to be in night, especially reflection of the moon is worth to see! Only downside is that there is not much of public transportation options nearby. One should walk at least 15 minutes to reach bus/tram.

Went visiting Duisburg and was quite surprised by the beauty of the harbor. It was not crowded like the harbor in Dusseldorf but had the same cool industrial vibe about it. Absolutely worth visiting!
