Unfortunately was not able to go up as it was closed but it has nice pleasant park around it. Also in the radius of 2-3 kms around Rhine tower you'll see great architecture don't remember the names though.. Will try to upload pics of Rhine tower and buildings around it. Happy travel :)

Great place to view basically the entire city of Dusseldorf from a bird's eye view. Went here in 2015 and had a great time. Coffee tastes good and is not too pricey. Definitely recommend this attraction for anyone visiting the greater Dusseldorf area.

The location of this place is really good. But just for the city view they charge us 9 euro, which according to me is worth it (NOT!). The place is overtly crowded and the table near the best view will always be reserved. Good luck with that though. Couldn’t get a table so could not try their menu! Also only 168th layer was open, and 172nd wasn’t! We could see a wide view of the city and that’s why 2 stars.

I would like to rate it with 5 stars due to its impressive height and excellent top view during a sky clear day, which is like a flying at 168m (550ft) altitude ground level. However entrance ticket is expensive 9€ for adults and 7€ for children (6-17 years old) except for special offers at groups or disabled or young kids. It is not a museum with exhibitions, just an offering view. In addition the adjacent ground area just outside in the tower base was dirty with a lot of cigarette butts and we also saw some dog poos in the grass and pavement. That's why my total rating is 3 stars.

Wow! What an experience. I am from Toronto Canada and was there for a business trip and was surprised to find out my colleagues arranged a dinner with a view. It was absolutely wonderful. Experience I will never forget.

Great views around Rhine land and the city. From here you can spot all kinds of interesting places to visit. Restaurant is ok but I would recommend eating elsewhere. Having a pint or a glass of wine with a view around the river and the city is a nice getaway from hectic streets. It gets a bit more crowded after midday on weekends.

Great place with stunning view. I would recommend to come there in the evening - half an hour before dark. In this case you get double for the price - Düsseldorf in the night looks as fabulous as under the daylight.

This is always open tower in Dusseldorf. There are two prices 5 and 9 euro. If you arrive before 11 am you can get 5 euro ticket and to get night view come after 10 to get 5 euro ticket. It is still worth with 9 euro quite amazing place which give you best view of full city. While lying on glass you feel really awesome. The place can to up to 168.5 m but to reach 172.5m you need to go in months of July August and September. To see rorating restaurant go after July. Enjoy the place once.

When I got there was no stairs. You HAD to use the lift. It was pretty fast. There was a whole nice restaurant up there and you can't go outside. Unfortunately, I didn't know that the lift goes further. But was definitely worth it. [TIP]: Lots of seats are reserved.

Simply a great place next to Rhine and Düsseldorf port. Entrance to the tower costs 9€ for adults and students fo get discounts. They have a group discounts starting from 15 people. Its open till 12 am approximately during weekdays. - Panoramic view of Düsseldorf is very beautiful especially during sunset. - Rhein river makes it even more beautiful with city and port on other sides. - This is a must visit for tourists.

Great views from the top. Shame that you have to spend €9 to even get into the building and go up to the observation levels. Fortunately the drinks in the bar are reasonably priced so it's a nice place to go and chill out for a while.

Beautiful place ! Do check the timing before you visit, if possible call and reserve. Well connected by tram and loads of other tourist attractions within walking distance

It’s a great place to visit as a tourist. But when starting to compare it with other similar attractions lime the “Donauturm” in Vienna, the Vienna edition easily wins in many cases like safety, modern technology, elevator, service of staff in the restaurants and so on. Overall I have to mention, the prices for going up a very fair!
