The location was pretty nice-- close to bus stop and train station, short walks to St prince and the royal mile. The receptionists were all very kind and welcoming. When I checked in I told a guy I would check out pretty early to catch a plane. They let me have breakfast the next day at 4. The breakfast was quite fresh and free of charge. I had an USB slot with a socket beside my bed for very handy. I could turned on my reading light without bothering any other as I got a curtain at the bed. There was basically nothing to complain about... Only the space was limited because they were tripled bunk beds. A very good value overall. I will stay here the next time.
Friendly and helpful staff, clean dorms, clean showers that worked well, clean toilets and kitchen, plenty of choice for breakfast, all the basic necessities including wifi and towels, good value for money. Plenty of room in the lockers. Bunks were comfy. Central location. Only downside for some people might be the large number of steps to get to the reception!
