Fantastic place. Beaches not too over crowded. Plenty of cafes selling good food at decent prices.

It is one of the only places in Algarve that is not load with tourists. The beaches are amazing. The people (Portuguese) are super friendly and will always help you if you are in need

Easy to park, very nice promenade and food and drink prices are not over inflated like other places in the Algarve. Also the beach is almost at the street level, that means easy access for children and people with mobility difficulties.

It's a wonderful beach, but it's too crowded during mid summer (July and August).

Go down the steps to snack bar carlotta and enjoy one of their smoothies or cocktails on the beach

Beach walking and cave exploring - brilliant. The cafe's along the beach make good stop off points for sangrea. Nice church to visit and many souvenir shops. Clean and tidy and lovely locals.

Great beach, but very crowded. Easy to find showers, lifeguards and bars. But the sunbeds cost around 15 (!!!) euros per day

Great little town. Bit odd that there’s hardly any shopping areas there, as in markets etc (or we couldn’t find it). Nice beaches and lots to do on the beach. Some cracking restaurants. Try clipper and the Chinese kam kong. For something snacky try kidoce and get a toastie
