Service is good. Decoration look fancy. Room space is a bit small. The curtain is not fully blocking people from seeing you from outside the room door, when you bath. You wil need to rearrange the curtain by yourself. They use flower for good smell. If you like rose smell you will like the place.
We had amazing experience in Fez. This being our first journey through a Muslim country we were unsure of the unknown. Thanks to Sufyan we immediately felt at home and wondered the streets with confidence and certainty. Fez is very safe and Sufyan was an amazing host, he was interesting and curious of our own culture and his English and Spanish were perfectly fluent. He was able to not only upgrade our room but also to tell us about the culture and sights to visit. In a way he was our tour guide as well as our host. I cannot thank Sufyan enough for all his help.
We stayed one night at this Riad. Sufyan, the host, is awesome, super helpful and all a guest can hope for. He gave us a map and explained the POIs in the Médina. We could reach him 24/7 with any request. The traditional food in this Riad was tasty and plenty (we could not finish the meal). The rooms are spacious and clean. Hot water with decent water pressure available. However, the mattress is extremely hard - some people may like it, others not.
