An amazing place to stay in Florence steps away from Ponte Vecchio and in the best location near the Arno river. The decor is modern and minimalist, I love everything about it. The staff is incredibly friendly and found some amazing restaurants for our nights out.

Best location! 10 sec to ponte vecchio. Best view! Look at the window. Amenity is ferragamo. I love this fragrance. Salvatore Ferragamo's atmosphere is everywhere. Luxury elegance hotel ever!! And Lungarno collection card is very helpful.

Hotel and the staff are the best. Francesco and the concierge staff is always ready willing and able to provide great suggestions whether in Florence or in Sienna for a day trip. I will define toy stay here when we return.

YOU WILL NEVER WANT TO LEAVE!!! I cannot express enough how incredible our stay was at this hotel! I checked in the day before my wedding. The check-in process was seamless. I was pleasantly informed that I had been upgraded to an incredible suite facing the Arno River. The suite was absolute perfection and incredibly comfortable for the wedding preparations. The hotel staff sent up a lovely gift of berries, truffles and refreshments. A sweet note was written welcoming us to their hotel! My wedding planner had contacted the hotel to arrange the flower delivery, transportation pick-up, and the hair-make-up stylist/photographer/videographer arrival. Everyone was sent up to the suite without any problems. There was ample space to get ready and the light was superb for pictures! After our wedding, my husband and I arrived in the suite to yet another surprise! A lovely note was written from the hotel staff, congratulating us on our wedding, wishing us a lifetime of happiness. A bottle of Prosecco and an entire mouse cheesecake awaited us (a much appreciated snack when we arrived at 3am!). We also received His and Hers Ferragamo perfume gifts! The bed was so comfortable. The robes were comfortable. The master bathroom was spacious and beautifully designed. The walk-in closet was incredible, especially when traveling with a wedding dress. The suite had a stove top/coffee machine/fridge etc neatly tucked away is a gorgeous armoire. Simply put - This suite (and entire hotel) exudes luxury. The decor is perfection. We never wanted to leave! Portrait Firenze - you do it all so so well.
