Amazing. The towers offer a beautiful panoramic view of the city, stretching as far as the mountains - for 5CHF only. The archaeological sight underneath the chapel is also worth visiting. It’s a beautiful place to visit if you’re not in a hurry and appreciate grand sights.

Geneva old town is very beautiful. The cathedral is the heart of the old town. Lots of nice restaurants in this area. Antique and art shops abound!

Terrible. First think I asked when I arrived was whether the staircases of the tower were narrow or not, because I have claustrophobia, which I explicitly made clear. The person in charge of selling the tickets told me it was absolutely fine. It was absolutely not. I had an awful experience for which whoever is in charge of this cathedral is responsible. Luckily other visitors helped me. The staff didn't move a finger. They didn't even offer to refund my ticket. Absolutely horrible. On other news, the inside of the cathedral is uninteresting, but it's facade and its view from the almost top are worth a visit.

Amazing views of the city. For the low price of 5CHF you get to go to the top of the towers and admire the city from above. Be aware like any tower there are a lot of steep narrow stairs climb.

Full of little surprises around each corner. See if you can find where the sunlight plays in the stained glass mirrors or the hidden faces of puppies and lions.

Well, it's a big church, same as the others across the region really. Inside is pretty enough but it's only really worth visiting if you're going to climb the towers to get the amazing views from the top. It costs something like 5chf per ticket. The way up is pretty narrow and there is a green light / red light system that seems to work except for Chinese tourists who seem to go up and down as they please. Still, definitely worth it for the views of the city!

The Cathedral is no doubt a must see in Geneva. The walk to the cathedral is very pleasant and the facade with the grand columns is really pretty. You should definitely climb to the top, both of the towers are fun to climb to and you get the best views of the city !

A great and well-priced afternoon! We went to the top of the cathedral and got an amazing view of the city. The archaeological exhibit is also well worth a visit; as there is so much to see and is very interesting.

Well worth the walk to the top of the two towers. Both give you an amazing view of the city in all directions, especially the North tower. Entry into both is €5, cash only.

The 850 years old cathedral located in the heart of the Old Town displays mixture of architectural styles from Gothic to Ancient and is famous for its concerts that take place throughout the year including the free ones that are part of the annual Fete de la Music festival (end June). In winter, the square before the cathedral is used to set a huge bonfire, celebrating the Escalade (the defeat of the surprise attack by troops sent by Charles Emmanuel I, Duke of Savoy during the night of 11–12 December 1602). The bonfire is a closing ceremony of the historical costume parade that takes place on December 11 or the closest weekend. The cathedral also has a 'secret' room where you can see amazing pre-Gothic colourful murals decorating the walls, including gorgeous bouquets of peonies placed there in May - a hidden from the eyes of Calvin ‘gem’ that feels your heart with joy in comparison to more sombre and imposing Gothic interiors of the rest of the cathedral.
