Glasgow is the largest city in all of Scotland and it is located within the West Central Lowlands. The weather in Glasgow is normally cloudy year round and the temperatures vary from very cool in the winter to mild temperatures in the summer with the occasional warm day.

The Glasgow Necropolis Cemetery was placed on a hill above the cathedral in 1831 and people can tour this while they are on the East End of the city. Within the South Side of the city, a traveler will be able to relax in one of the multiple parks including Linn Park, Queen’s Park and Rouken Glen Park. Golf lovers will enjoy the numerous golf clubs in the city including a championship course that is located at Haggs Castle.
