The hotel room was a good size. The bed was really comfortable and they had a free breakfast. The shower temperature was either a little too hot or a little too cold, no just right. The pool was nice for a quick dip and they had a little pond with a platform. The location was great for Universal studios with lots of restaurants nearby. We will stay again next time we are in the area overnight.
Big noises I enjoyed my visit, this step was quite friendly at the front desk and accommodating. The room was nice and kept our water and ice and cold. Great location, 2 minutes from Universal Studios. Breakfast was decent with plenty of Pancakes, waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, and bacon. There is nothing that I can say. Nice and clean, just what I was looking for.
Upon arriving at 3am, we were exhausted. The lady at the front desk was very polite and offered us a "late checkout". Which was good because we needed it! We were booked to be on the 3rd floor. The view from the window was great. The location was minutes from the Amway Center. The design of the room was warm and comforting. The sheets, towels, and other linen were BRIGHT white and clean. Friendly staff upon exit. Will definitely be returning!!😁☝️
