האנוי (בווייטנאמית: Hà Nội (מידע • עזרה); בסינית: 河内, מילולית: "גדת הנהר", על שם מיקומה בגדה המערבית של הנהר האדום), היא בירת וייטנאם המאוחדת, שממוקמת בצפון המדינה, מונה מעל ל-8 מיליון איש (1 באפריל 2019) והעיר השנייה בגודלה במדינה אחרי הו צ'י מין סיטי. בטרם איחוד צפון ודרום וייטנאם, שימשה האנוי כבירת צפון וייטנאם בין השנים 1954 ו-1976.
האנוי מיושבת מאז שנת 3000 לפנה"ס לערך, אז הייתה אחד מכמה מאות כפרי דייגים, שהיו פרוסים לכל אורך הדלתא של הנהר האדום שעל גדתו היא שוכנת. מאוחר יותר גדל הכפר והפך לעיר "דיי-לאי" העתיקה. עדויות ארכאולוגיות ראשונות לקיומה של העיר, הם שרידי מבצר המתוארכים לשנת 200 לפנה"ס. על פי האגדה הוכרזה העיר כבירה קיסרית בשנת 1010, על ידי המלך לי-טיי-טו, שסיפר כי ראה דרקון זהב עולה ממימי הנהר האדום ומתנשא לגובה השמים, והחליט להעתיק את בירתו לדיי-לאי ולקרוא לה בשם "טאנג-לונג" (הדרקון העולה). כאשר השפה הווייטנאמית עברה לטיניזציה, הוסב שמה לטונקין. עם כיבושה של האנוי על ידי סין, הוסב שמה של העיר פעם נוספת ל"הא-סורה" מקום מושבם של קיסרי וייטנאם. שלשה מארבעת שערי העיר עדיין עומדים על תילם ומשמרים בשמותיהם את תפיסת העולם הסינית; "שער השיגשוג", "שער הסגולה הנפלאה" ו"שער המזל", מהשער הרביעי; "שער האושר הנעלה" לא נותרו שרידים.
