Don't even bother buying this tour. Their audios are awful, not interesting and the were mixing the tapes. Besides that I was expecting to have a nice time and I got to know they sold me the tickets sating it was for that 2 different lines to visit Berlin and when I was about to take the other line they said no. So I just loose my entire money. DO NOT BUY THIS SERVICE. GO FOR ANY OTHER OF THE OFFERS!! !

Unprofessional and badly trained. I purchased tickets using Groupon, and when I showed up with the vouchers, the guy selling tickets refused to honour the tickets. There was an issue with the app whereby the QR code was slightly distorted meaning it couldn't be scanned. The vendor asked us to go and print off the tickets, but there is no option to print a voucher from the app, and obviously we didn't gave access to a printer. I returned to the ticket vendor with an undistorted version of the QR code from Groupon's website but the vendor didn't scan it properly and again refused to print us off tickets. I told him we had paid already and that's it not our issue that there are problems with the technology. He made a number of phone calls and created a lot of fuss before realising he could have just typed in the security code for the Groupon vouchers. After he printed us the tickets he told us we should have printed the tickets, as if to blame us for their problems.The tickets were purchased the day prior on our first day on a holiday. We obviously didn't have access to a printer, and were not asked to print them. The ticket vendor shouldn't be selling tickets via Groupon if they don't know how to process them, instead of causing customers needless stress and hassle. Ball roots. Try another tour operator.

There is no point visiting this place here, because you can jump on/off at all the bus stations. But the building it self is really nice.

Berlin has many options for less but this seems to be the most popular. Tour was interesting but complicated to know when the bus was stopping and to know where it would stop when you tried to reboard. The map is vague and there are rarely markings on the street. Otherwise an easy way to see the city. A bit pricey IMO but at least kids were free.

Good price, many stops around town but too early finishing time - 6pm! In summer it's clear until 10pm in Berlin, could do with few extra hours...

This tour service has great stops. Make sure you are on top of where the stops are because it is not always clear if they're stopping for a red light or the stop and you may miss it.

Excellent Bus for tourist in Berlin with 2 option of different rute, yellow and purple, for me yellow is most interesting, operation start at 10 am and stop at 5 pm, you can stop at every point and wait the next seightseeing bus with the same color that you bougth. Affordable price for tourist (22 euro for Yellow line) and helpfull with audio information inside on the bus with many varian of leanguages, free wifi also
