a beautiful experience . super views of Mekong river and entire Saigon. very reasonable priced and guided by very courteous staff. also one can opt for Heineken museum.
We did the Heineken tour and Sky view! The tour guide was enthusiastic letting us know about the history of it all and the brewing progress! There's games to be played and PLUS we got to try and pour our own perfect 🍺 and also got 2 free beers and a bottle of water at the end of the tour. Overall it was a fun experience! And it only cost 50k more to do it! Great bonus and very much RECOMMENDED😁👍🏻
Would highly recommend you enter the building and ask for the cafe/bar on the 50-52 floor. Skydeck entrance fee - 200k dong. One beer at 50th floor- 140k dong. Save yourself some money and get more! Good 360 degree views.
Incredible experience. The best view ever. I came before sunset and it is beautiful how the city transforms from day to night. Really spectacular!!
The views at night is absolutely incredible! Had a fancy chocolate ice cream and a chocolate peppermint drink! What can I say, I love me some chocolate, you know what I’m saying? And the quality of it, I cried in many languages. Very delicious! The AC has quality and spicy air that you can’t get anywhere else. Also, the music? They are playing Jason Derulo’s “Whatcha Say.” That alone deserves 6 stars. Incredible experience!!
I recommend going to the bar on the 50-53 floor rather than paying 200,000 dong for the skydeck. For the same price or less you get the same or better view plus a drink! They have mocktails and really great fancy cocktails. Go into the ground floor coffee shop and up the escalator to the white desk and ask for the bar- any staff in the building can point the way. They are super helpful.
It is pretty much of just seeing HCM city from above. If you want to get some beers or food, prepare to pay more. It's good to see the entire city especially during the sunset.
It's pretty pricey at 200000 dong for a great view of the city.... But there's a cafeteria where you can buy a 100000 dong coffee and get an even better view 2 floors higher. Otherwise it is nice with great ac and if you have a camera you can get some really nice timelapse of the whole city.
I enjoyed the view a lot... Although, whoever placed those binoculars couldn't have known that some tall buildings would sprout right in front of them! They didn't even offer me the opportunity to go up to a café, through. I went in the daytime on a weekday, it was quite empty on the Skydeck. That's fine but maybe it's better at night in some ways. It is one of the more expensive experiences in Vietnam... But compared to say, The Shard in London, it's nothing at all.
Great vantage point for 360° views and creative photography. I'd skip the bar and restaurant. No time limit for being up here so pay admission to take your time, read, bring a snack, take a date, drink in the views, or set up your perfect shots. Otherwise, you'll be up and down in 30 mins.
Classical skyview from Central Main Tower. For having an good overview of Mekong river and Skyline of Saigon. Perfect for Making Sunset Pictures
What a great view of the city, could easily spend ample amount of time here. And there's a Heineken tour on the 60th floor which gives you a little history about the brand and how to make beer, get free beers as well. Tickets are really cheap, like 250,000 for both the Skydeck and the beer tour.
Cool view, the windows as mentioned before are dirty and the polution isn't ideal. But do the Heineken experience !! I had a lot of fun. It's only 50 more and you get like 3 beers if you drink the one you pour. Plus some other silly things to do and take some fun pictures. Enjoy
One of the many things to do as a tourist, go up to the bar on the 51st floor and have a drink and take in the views or if you're hungry there is a restaurant too. Honestly, the only reason you would want to go there is for the view and it is an awesome view! Just know when you're there, the drink prices are not cheap but that's expected. I wouldn't say you absolutely have to do this but if you have time, it is a cool view of the city and in the end, the drinks are cheaper than paying for the actual top deck admission.
Reach here around 6pm, try to enjoy the view of both day and night. For photo taking, the result just ok, there are 2 reasons for this. 1) The windows is too dirty from outside. For every shot you take that is close to the windows, you will see the dirt outside the windows. When you know the view is the your key selling point, how can you ignore the cleaness of those window. 2) The lighting of interior is too strong, when you try to shot a night view photos, its always come with the reflection from the window, they should try to lower their light. But its good that here are not packed, not sure its because they are not interested by tourist or simply because they have crowd control. Ticket price is VND 200K
Sky deck is nice but not much to do there you end up going to the bar and restaurant anyway. At the Vietnamese restaurant they gave us at 20% discount on our meals because we had Skydeck/ Heineken tickets. Defiantly recommend the “Heineken experience” on floor 60 as you pay 250VND (as of March 2018) and get entry to the sky deck as well as a total of 4 free beers.
Way too expensive (it looks like 200k for the elevator ride) as there is nothing to do except for 5 minute walk around. Also, it's hard to take a good picture in the night because of dirty windows (for this price!?) and reflections of the interior lights. I heard there are better places where for 160k you can get also a drink..
Lovely place, right on the beach. Walked tight up to a sun bed and laid there for 90 mins until u was moved along by a staff member because I wasn't a paying guest, which is totally right. Place a towel on the sand beside the sunbed and he couldn't touch me. You on the sun bed, but not the sand buddy.
Nice view of the city. You can really see the scale of how large the city actually is. Make sure when you go there isnt a lot of pollution.
At 200,000 for an entrance ticket to the observation deck, this is fairly high-priced. But the view of of the city from the deck is breathtaking. There are mounted binoculars along the deck of you want to have a closer look at things. As you enter, they take a photo of you and your group, and you have the option to buy a framed version of it at the top for USD 4 and 5 (for smaller and larger sizes respectively.)
This place has an awesome view of Saigon . I had a great time here with my wife and a couple of her friends. It's one of those place that you really must visit when you go to Saigon. The only downside is that the drinks are fairly weak and quite expensive. Seriously though you don't come here to get drunk, you come for the incredible view. I spent the whole time with my face glued to the window and trying to take pictures with my phone. Check this place out; it's worth the wait and the small admission fee to get inside.
Stark tower, is worth a visit. Get up there just before sunset to see amazing views and lights. Heineken world for an extra 50,000 dong, gets you a bit higher. 3-6 beers in and they place you into a playstation Formula One simulator ," I do believe I'm over the limit, to effectively drive" ... All up it was much more fun then other sky/towers we have visited around the world. Note: Worth it! especially if your wife doesn't like beer 🍺😉...
