Nice little hotel, good position, the HSBC bank is situated at the same road, subway is right to left of the exit of a hotel, 7 Eleven is right across as well. Rooms are very small, bathroom is a size of a closet. Water and kitchen appliances are in the room as well as a safe, little table and absence of a wardrobe. There is a small restaurant, gym and Bentley car rent available in this hotel. The view from the window is on the harbour and skyscraper that stays right in front of it. I liked the golden finishes and style of the Best Western Harbour view hotel that's why I closed my eyes on the minuses. The staff at the counter is friendly and helping. Enjoy)
The Hotel is conveniently located, near the central business hub where everything is close-by and with access to community services like laundry, restaurant and stores. The immediate surroundings are very crowded however transportation is easy. Ground floor concierge area is open, roomy with waiting area and so is lobby on the fifth floor. But the guest room is tight and noisy, from corridor and rooms next door, especially the water and sewer pipes are not properly isolated and they are loud. After checking out the room, I had to ask a favor from the front desk manager, Mr. Michael Lung, to receive and keep for a few days an express mail delayed by the post process. Mr. Lung is dedicated, patient and very much service orientated and he offered me his effort. He is a very nice person as well as helpful professional to know. I feel strongly that he deserves a high recommendation for his kind character.
A good hotel in a good location. Rooms a bit small but didn't matter much as we were out most of the time. Very good breakfast for 60 dollars.
