It is the most elegant and tasteful commercial building in the vicinity with big and beautiful paintings and lightings even the lamp shades are very chic looking. A baby grand piano in the lobby is such a nice taste. Unfortunately today's weather is full of smogs and the glare from the sun resulting in very poor photo lightings and effects from the observation deck. It's a hidden jewl in the city for such a tranquil and 360 degrees great harbour view. Best of all it is free of charge!

You don't need an access pass for a great view - on weekdays, take the lifts from the lobby to the 46th floor (it's free and you don't need office access passes) - on the 46th floor you can walk around the lift change lobby which has a wide perimeter and floor to ceiling windows from which you can see to four sides of Hong Kong. Spectacular, and best of all, free! It's not really a tourist destination so it's not advertised - but I highly recommend it.

This is a commercial building. don't think it is a shopping mall. It is closed by the Wan Chai Expo view of the sea if you are upstairs
