THIS AREA IS DEFINITELY A, 'MUST' GO SEE. SALISBURY RD. TO THE PIER AND STAR FERRY IS BEAUTIFUL IN THE DAY, AND VIBRANT AT NIGHT. YOU'LL ENJOY THIS AREA AT ANY HOUR. AND, IT'S ABOUT A 12 MINUTE WALK FROM "NATHAN RD.."
Popular place for locals and also tourists. It is nice to visit it at night time too, because harbor view is just stunning!
Lovely place to walk. It must be visited. The "walk of fame" is close to it. The light and sound show held here as well.
Beautiful place with the area being clean and tidy and actually calm and not a packed. Nice change of pace compared to the chaos that is Nathan road and the area. The Christmas illustrations were quite worth a visit too.
A very popular landmark/tourist spot in Hong Kong. You will see many tourists there even on weekdays. It's just near the Victoria Harbour so you can go visit both places at once.
A landmark with historical significance, it marked the location of the previous train terminus. Now surrounded by shopping complexes, museums and cruise terminal, the Clock Tower has become an important attraction for tourists.
The place is very iconic and scenic. Very accessible to the harbor where you can see the Symphony of lights.
Always a great place to go back to. The waterfront is beautiful and bustling with life. One can get their photographs clicked with the excellent Skyline as the back drop. The excitement starts to rise to an crescendo as evening approaches with the crowds swelling to have view of the daily light and sound show with commentary on some of the famous skyscrapers of HK and also to shoot some stunning photographs of the night Skyline. Don't miss being there.
The Clock Tower is a landmark in Hong Kong...this place any one can cover if transit time is 3 to 4 hour, there is one place near to this 5 to 10 min walk Avenue of stars. View from this location is awesome .
Nice tourist destination with stunning view of harbour and city. Bustling with tourists and all necessery facilities readily available.
This is one of the most visit place for a tourist, for a runner, for someone who wants to calm their mind, for street performances, for those who enjoys ther view of the ships on water, buildings on the other side of the water, lights synchronized with music, for peaceful walk, for photographs and what not. Awesome place
A nice open area by the harbour. It's located next to the Star Ferry terminal so it shouldn't be hard to find. The clocktower itself looked nice with the trees lining the path to it. The lighting on it makes it visible at night too.
Great place with hundreds of photo motives around. Especially at night laser show attraction. You will find musicians, lots of people, just entertainment pure.
Is nice piece of history, though is a tourist spot. So lots of people. 8pm is the harbor light show...which is getting better but kind of a disappoint for the status of HK.
Closed when we visited but nice to see some history preserved. It adds a picturesque element to the view.
In the past, you could find the bullet holes left back the invading Japanese Imperial Army during the Battle of Hong Kong on this iconic building on the Kowloon Peninsula. With the recent 'repair', those holes are now filled with cement on this nice limestone building. Hence, instead of being a building with scar of history, it is now dotted with unmatched cement spots.
One of the places of interest in Kowloon which holds a rich history. It's located by the Hong Kong cultural center which also provides a great view of the HK skyline just across the bay. This area is definitely picturesque, if you have a few hours to spend in HK, take the express to Kowloon and visit this place.
This is one of the most famous spots in Hong Kong, but what you need to do is come here with a beer and enjoy the view, put your phone away, (after few pictures) and just enjoy
