Small basic condo, nice quiet grassy "backyard" on the ocean, great sunsets, pool and hot tub. Walking distance to shops, market, natural food store. Our condo was privately owned and not super well attended to, old building. Overall we paid very low rent for beachfront condo in Maui. We are satisfied with that. We had no air-conditioning or washer/dryer.
My wife and I stayed here on our Honeymoon. It was small, but perfect for us. Our room faced the ocean and had a nice view with a balcony. There is no A/C in this building, but if you open up both ends of the unit, the breeze flows through nicely and stays cool! There are lots of shops around this area also, which is super nice.
We stayed in a 1 bedroom condo that had beautiful views of the ocean from the private balcony. We liked the location and the proximity to the farmers market and deli. The beach access is not really the best for laying out. I would recommend this place to anyone who is traveling on a budget but still wants good views and a nice clean room.
