I could not have picked a better hotel in Houston. It was a true luxury, customer-focused experience from the minute I first arrived to the minute I left for the airport. My room was impeccably clean and had incredible views. I don't think I've slept in a comfier bed with comfier pillows (the "Pillow Menu" on the in-room iPad is one-of-a-kind!). As someone who works out regularly, I very much appreciated the well-equipped, clean fitness center. This felt like a true home-away-from-home for the entire week!

THIS hotel MADE OUR TRIP! Their hospitality is exceptional!!! Every employee of this hotel had a smile and treated our whole family like VIPs! My kids LOVED this place! FIVE STARS all around! Super clean, quiet spacious rooms, complimentary Tesla shuttle (my boys favorite) ice cream treats in the lobby; Kayla C upon our check in went above and beyond to welcome our whole family with such grace and hospitality. Will definitely be back!

This is one of the nicest hotels in Downtown Houston. The entire place is clean and modern and the service is second to none. While the restaurant, Main Kitchen, isn't great for a quick bite, the food is well prepared and delicious and it is a formal dining destination in and of itself. My only suggestion is that they do a bit more with their fitness center. It has a lot of room but could probably use more equipment like the JW at the Galleria. Other than that, I am happy to call this hotel my second home when working in the Houston area.

Most excellent in every way. All of the staff with whom we interacted were professional and friendly. The room was lovely, with a spacious bathtub and separate roomy shower. The Main Kitchen, located near the lobby, served delicious food. I ordered the Ahi Tuna Poke from the "starters" menu and the "olive oil drizzled smashed potatoes" (which were not smashed, but beautiful, small, round potatoes, quite nice)...Well prepared and delectable. .....We'll be back!!!

I just stayed here for my cousins wedding. The service here was incredible. We were treated amazing and offered many complimentary treats. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Customer service was amazing. I would definitely stay here again, and glad that they chose this hotel to have the wedding at. Definitely went above and beyond expectations. Congrats Kelli & Gabe !!
