nice walks and bike rides has cafe childrens play area. car park and disabled carpark at the front
Always enjoy coming here, does get busy with cars when it is nice weather, but still good fun. Park not so good now. Equipment been taken out apart from the climbing frame.
My wife who came from this area did'nt know of this centre at all. She knew it as a chemical plant and it was then the most polluted area in England. The change is amazing, what has happened here has to be seen. Nature at its best
Great for children of all ages, indoor and outdoor play. From feeding the ducks, nature trails to different workshops. Friendly staff. A short walk to the Ropewalk for delicious ice-creams, gallery and museam.
Very good place to go with kids of primary school age or preschool. Nice homely food cooked. I can recommend the beef and potatoe pie which is homemade. Special deals for pensioners.
Really lovely centre. Great for lunch after a march up the Humber. Nice toilets too! A favourite spot.
Lots to do for young and old. Great cafe with reasonable priced food. Lovely walks suitable for all
Wheelchair accessible entrance and close car park for disabled cars. There is a small gift shop with locally made items. Tourist board information. There is a cafe that serve good quality food at a cheap price. Lovely homemade soup. All tables are wheelchair accessible. Tgey have a deck outside tgat looks out on to the lake so that you can watch the bird life. There are meeting rooms and a small children's play area. There are a number of walks depending on your fitness level most accessible on a wet day and also wheelchair accessible.
Beautiful peaceful surroundings, lots of birds and pottery workshop with lots of bargains. Cafés open, busy and welcoming with good food and refreshments. A great day out for all
Great time feeding the ducks and geese. Pleasant walk through the park and along the sea front. Very informative displays inside the centre.
Brilliant day out for all the family. Took my two little girls and went on an extremely long walk. Saw lots of little bits of wildlife and was extremely cheap. Great day on a budget.
Interesting displays on water, the area and wildlife. Good gift shop. Frequent activities for children. Nice cafe. Toilets, parking, etc. Good walks around the lakes.
Lovely place. Went for a specific activity with toddler. Was great. There is a lovely indoor play area and cafe. Can't wait to return and spend more time on the nature trails.
Haven't had the chance to go to any events here yet but the visitor centre is nice - geared up for children with interactive exhibits & soft play area. Cafe is clean & friendly, & looked to be basic but decent food - plenty of kids enjoying their lunches when we visited. Toilets & small (fairly priced) gift shop. Views over the ponds are lovely as you can watch the geese and ducks & there is an outdoor seating area for the warmer months (or the braver).
