Eden Court Theatre (Scottish Gaelic: Cùirt an Easbaig) is a large theatre, cinema and arts venue situated in Inverness, Scotland close to the banks of the River Ness. The theatre has recently undergone a complete refurbishment and major extension, adding a second theatre, two dedicated cinema screens, two performance/dance studios, improved dressing room and green room facilities and additional office space. The theatre's restaurant and bar facilities have also been totally overhauled and improved.
Fabulous atmosphere, wonderful staff and great experience yet again. Always enjoy a visit here.
One of the best things about Inverness is the Theatre. It makes it feel like a city. Friendly staff, great shows, decent architecture.
The staff are very kind and helpful, the services are also very good. The bar is casual and cosy as well as smart. Would totally recommend going there.
The cultural centre of the Highlands. If you are in Inverness definitely visit this inspiring building. A great variety of shows, theatre, films, music... And a good restaurant and cafe/bar.
Good selection of events, shows, theatre, talks and cinema. Only downsides are the coat of tickets for under 16's are incredibly expensive and make it difficult for a family of 4 to see anything together (over £70 for the pantomime!)
Absolutely rubbish. My aunty was told off by staff for talking to much during a Tina Turner tribute act and due to the way she was treated refused to watch the rest of the show that she had payed for. Then I learnt later that I had been complained about for whistling....whistling at a concert? How terrible huh? Weren't allowed to whistle at the end of her songs (I was NOT whistling through out). Complained about for dancing, apparently I was talking to the people in front of me( I tripped over my mams bag and put my hand on the person in front of me to stop me falling down on top of him, which I then said sorry for) or talk apparently (others in the crowd were talking to but no it was us that got it). So so so disappointed and angry. For a Tina turner concert we were expected to sit down and just clap at the end of the songs as if we were at an opera. NEVER come to Eden court if you want to see a concert or gig. Get yourselves to the Iron Works as there is no point wasting your money at Eden Court. Shame.
Went to see a film which we enjoyed but they "Eden Court" have to do something g about people who insist on either giving a running commentary or criticism of the actors. A screen shot with the adverts would go a long way to help asking patrons to kindly shut up doing the films.
Just love Eden Court and we are so lucky to have this wonderful theatre and venue in Inverness. I love the cinemas and much prefer them to bigger venues like Vue. The staff are helpful and the restaurant good too. It has so much to offer other than the obvious as there are a whole range of things on here all the time. Just a fab place altogether
It as an enjoyable evening once again. Everyone was helpful. It is just a pity the ladies upstairs loo does not work very well. Keeps jamming and the door does not lock. Think it is becoming part of the character of the building.
Always enjoy nights at Eden court. Staff r always so helpful. Would definately recommend to others
My grandson's and I had an absolutely fabulous time at Gangster Granny brilliant show. .staff lovely at show . So helpful and informative.
Lovely modern building housing 2 theatres and a cinema. It also has a restaurant and bar. The theatres can get quite warm so wearing light clothing is advisable. All areas of Eden Court are accessible by wheelchair
Great venue, comfortable seating with good views of stage. Not happy at being told not to return to seating with drinks when clearly lots of people did have drinks with them and were bringing in drinks at interval. I should have questioned the door lady at the time but was shocked at her statement...
