Good for kids, don't miss the aquarium at the right side of the entrance (opposite to Kasse).
Great place! Very interesting at a good price (3 euro for students).
The best thing about this place is that it can facinate and entertain young children. There are plenty of interactive exhibits that help the children appreciate and understand the natural world. It's big enough to spend a day there, and small enough to not be overwhelmed.
Amazing museum. Inexpesive price (12,50€). The exhibits are amazing. Part wildlife exhibit and part natural history museum. Live snakes, exotic fish, insects ... and dinosaur/wolly mammoth bones. It is a very well designed museum and worth visiting.
Interesting exhibitions on prehistoric flora and fauna, minerology, the earth's geology and geography. Pretty cool and sciency, quite enjoyable. Unfortunately, most of the descriptions/explanations are in German and/or French (that's a bit random), so English speakers will have trouble here...get your google translate out!
Amazing place! Need atleast 2 to 3 hours to completely see the entire collection. Sadly, the notes/descriptions are ONLY in German. This place also boards a small cafeteria and gift shop inside it. Occasionally, they have special exhibits which are limited only for a certain time and additional cost. The regular entry fee is inexpensive, additionally offering reduced price for students. All in all, a great experience can be assured!
