This is our favourite restaurant by far! The staff are always very busy but you never feel neglected. The Sunday roast was my late husband's favourite and a party of 6 of us loved having lunch there and a good atmosphere was always there. They serve a very good NZ Savvy blonc and a good selection of beers. Their haddock and chips are yummy too. A very clean and tidy pubs where I'm sure only the fussiest diner would go a long way to find fault. Loads of parking too. Outside seats for the summer months too. Dog friendly at the top area so away from the main restaurant. Well done to Adam and all his staff.

Great place. Can't rate it highly enough. Great beer and food selection in a building very conducive to a good time. They have 3 hotel rooms on the premises. All are beautifully presented. Not the cheapest but well worth the extra few pound. Excellent well presented breakfast. All the staff I dealt with were very pleasant and couldn't do enough for us. Wouldn't hesitate to book here again if I was in the vacinity. 5 star ++++

Visited here today for the first time. It is now our favourite place to have lunch!!! The food was of a very high standard and cooked to perfection. The staff were very friendly, did not rush you and were eager to ensure everything was to our taste. We will definitely be going again and would highly recommend to anyone who enjoys good wholesome home cooked food. Thank you for a very enjoyable afternoon
