A tranquil, magical place! This is my only visit to a butterfly exhibit so I don't have anything to compare it to but I was blown away by the number of beauties there were floating around everywhere! The habitat was filled with beautiful flowers and a variety of species of birds. There was also a water feature with a few turtles. I took my 10 month old and two year old. The baby was mesmerized watching the butterflies and the two year old liked exploring and seeing all of the different animals as well as sitting on every bench/seating space available.

It was a beautiful little oasis in the middle of paradise. There's something surreal when you're surrounded by beautiful floating, flapping and flying wings. This is what heaven must look like. I wish they were open longer. I didn't want to leave. And the gift store was amazing. There was so much to see that I'd just stand in one spot and slowly turn in order to catch as much of it as possible. I had visited many years ago and they've still managed to maintain this place impeccably. Well done!

This is a open garden where you will find lot of different types of butterflies. Many butterflies will fly on you and you need not be scared. They won't harm you. Butterflies are also taken care very well. Nice place to capture some great shots of different and colorful butterflies.

This place was so cool! We decided to go here randomly on our last day in the keys, and I'm so glad we did. This conservatory has SO MANY butterflies! They also had flamingos, turtles and knowledgeable and friendly staff. This was the best $12 I spent in the keys, and worth every penny. I recommend this for all ages.

I will admit it , I was a sceptic at first. That is until my wife and I walked inside to see what all the hoopla was about. We used the free reentry option to go through twice. The first with a larger group (pretty amazing) and the second after everyone was gone. It was like night and day. The second trip through was even better then the first and the birds were out of hiding, running and flying around. This attraction is good for the young and old alike, a must see when you are in the Keys. Highly recommend this.

The only butterfly garden I've been to that has two beautiful flamingos that will playfully sift through your hair with their beaks if you let them. Seriously, try it. The butterflies are beautiful and fun to observe, no matter what your age. The flora is just as pretty as the butterflies and it's very well manicured. There are also a collection of exotic finches to spot, as well as turtles. I highly recommend it,

This place is magical. Butterflies flying all over us with some new age music playing in the background. It is small but so well maintained. A couple of Flamingos in mating mode. Not too crowded when we went (early am). Beautiful gift shop. Friendly employees. You MUST visit if you want to relax and be one with Nature.

Awesome little butterfly and bird habitat. Not too expensive and plenty to see for the price of admission. The butterfly artwork that is available upon exit is stunning. The only thing I saw that had a negative impact was a family that did not control their children. The kids get understandingly excited but the parents need to keep them from chasing little chicks and trying to catch the butterflies.

I love butterfly gardens and this was the most active one I've ever been to. There was an informative display but we kind of breezed through it. There were lots of different species to view and I think the lower ceiling helps to keep the critters flitting closer to visitors. And also, they have two hilarious flamingos that live here - they have adorable personalities. One broke free from the little enclosure and was just strolling alongside my husband. It was a hoot

There's no way you can visit Key West and not stop here. It's absolutely amazing. Beat the crowds by going in at 3:30 instead of when it opens like everyone else. Last tickets are sold at 4:30, and even though it's small, you'll need time to explore. The two flamingos they just added are really friendly, and the store is great as well.

Okay...I have to admit that I felt "dragged" to the Butterfly Conservatory by the Mrs as we headed in but it was a pretty amazing facility. The amount of work and dedication that these folks put into what they do is phenomenal....very colorful and wide variety of species to observe and walk amongst (and be very cognizant of where you are stepping as it is very likely that you'll see some butterflies on the same pathway that you are on! Very cool facility and people!

Really awesome natural conservatory. Not just s butterfly conservatory because they have two really beautiful flamingos. They are very active independent of the visitors. Massive collection of butterflies and a must see if you are going to be in the area looking at the southernmost point. Worth it for the humidity and climate control because the rain forest feels nicer than key west in June :-)

Very peaceful. Tranquil gardens and various wildlife presiding in the area. The Flamingos were in mating season, so watching them perform rituals was interesting. The butterflies were so cute. Like I said, very relaxing place. Definitely recommend to anyone.

Love this place! You can walk through multiple times and take as long as you want. The flamingos are entertaining and the butterflies are everywhere. It’s a small place but they have a wonderful walking path and water features. We will make a stop here each time we visit KW.

This is the best butterfly conservatory I've visited, ever. They were playing a selection of calming serenity music, but the flamingos were in a heavy metal mood and made an amusing ruckus. Soooo many butterflies and a few well placed benches for weary husbands. The gift shop has an awesome selection of well priced merchandise (lovely things) and super friendly staff.

We were very surprised at how much there is to see here. The butterflies are flying all around you completely emerging you in the experience. It was well worth the time and money. Of course there is a store there that has some amazing displays of butterflies for sale. (The butterflies had lived out their natural life before being put on display for sale)

What a beautiful experience! It's like stepping into another world (felt like Fern Gully, for those who get the reference). Not a big area but the moment you step in it is like you are in another place. So serene and pretty. Tropical birds and flowers everywhere, relaxing music in the background, and hundreds of butterflies weightlessly flitting about.
