Feofaniia or Teofaniia (Ukrainian: Феофáнія, Теофáнія; also called Theophania) is a park located in the historical neighborhood on a tract near the southern outskirts of Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine. The neighborhood is located in the administrative Holosiiv Raion (district) amidst the neighborhoods of Holosiiv, Teremky, Pyrohiv and Khotiv. The park's total area is about 1.5 km2 (0.58 sq mi). The first Soviet computer, MESM, was built in Feofaniia.
Feofaniia was first mentioned in 1471 as Lazorivshchyna (Лазорівщина), which at the time belonged to an owner named Khodiki. The name is said to derive from a monk named Lazar. In the 17th century, the area was referred to as Shakhravshchyna (Шахравщина).

Great place to relax: a large and simply magnificent park with a lot of stunning lakes, lawns, trees and comfortable benches. Located nearly at the city limit of Kyiv, thus isn't very easy to get to. But I bet it's worth it 😉. Besides very picturesque location, it's very clean, neat and cozy. But it has its cost: there's an entrance fee (not much though, 20 UAH, as for the fall of 2017).

Bit outside the city. It took us about an hour to reach. Just a big park and lake. There is only one entrance so you have to walk all the park back.

A great park, beautiful and peaceful. On the downside, the place is definitely not finished, you can see unfinished concrete structures around. And it could definitely use proper facilities, not a makeshift cabin near the entrance. A park with an entrance fee should offer something in return, not just the beautiful view.

Lovely nature sights. A lot of place for a pick-nick. You can feed ducks here!!! A bit irritating because of constant flaw of wedding parties.

Very nice & calm place! You may spend a whole day here without even leaving the park, as here you’ll find a food, a place to eat, drink to relax... even a fresh underground water which you may want to take home. The tickets price are 20 UAH for adults snd 10 UAH for car parking.

Rather cold and windy to have walk on April 01. Clean and nice.
