Mikhail Bulgakov's Museum, Andriivs'kyi descent, you must visit this place. Its a story of Bulgakov's life in Kiev. Its the house where he lived, with theatrical accouterments. You can easily request a English tour guide if you do not understand Ukrainian or Russian. Also a complimentary guidebook is available. This place tells the life in Ukraine before and after the revolution. A must see if you visit Ukraine.

It might look like old-fashion Soviet museum, while actually it is a gem. If you like Bulgakov, go there.

Pretty good, the tour is well worth it and lasts quite a long time. I went in 2015 and am writing my review late.

I'm really happy to have visited this place. Make sure you book a tour, the groups are quite small and the places go fast. I was in Bulgakov's museum in Moscow but this one beats it, no doubt. There's so much love and care invested in this place, I can only admire their staff. Make sure to visit their tea rooms after the tour. They have a wide range of hand made teas and jams. And by going there you basically support the museum which is pretty important.

Amazing museum. Got here at 10, when they opened and we were only 4 people. We had a nice guide, who explained in Ukrainian and English. You cannot visit without a guide. It is truly impresive if you are a fan of his. Photo and video allowed. They also have a plece where you can eat some pastries and drink tea inside the house. All money is used for the museum.

Small, but very atmospheric museum, full of stories and legends. Placed in the very heart of Andriivskyy. To feel it fully, you would better be aware of Bulgakov in advance; ideally - know his books.

Amazing collection of Bulgakov's personal items, the tour guide was so knowledgeable and engaging. But we had trouble getting Uber to pick us up after our visit.
